    Works great. I've worn it for two 12hr shifts and have had no problems. The soft gel ear molds fit comfortably and do not irritate your ear like previous ones I've owned. It's loud enough to hear on the shoulder with interstate traffic and around heavy trucks and engine noise on a crash scene. Hopefully it holds up for a long time. 5Earpiece Had to replace the molded earpiece with an older one I had because the one that was supplied with this kit continued to fall off the tube, or vice versa. Other than that I have two of these kits. 4Wire tore out I had a somes issues with the radio when I first got it, it unplugged itself easily and I had to set it up to make sure it didn t do that. I had mine not even two months and too much tension went on the wire and the wire tore out in the area it was supposed to be reinforced. Could be an issue just with mine, but I didn t get the insurance and I don t want to take a chance on buying another. 1I really enjoyed it. Only problem is that after working with ... When the product worked, I really enjoyed it. Only problem is that after working with it for less than a week it seems that something evolved with it so that I am unreadable when using the mic. I can hear just fine, just unable to communicate. In my line of work communication is everything so I had to return to my old radio mic. I plan on testing again to see if it was just a fluke happening, but I don't foresee myself using the product on duty again. 3PD Officer and Detectives Beware!! I've been and police officer for 25 years and I can honestly say this product posses an officer safely hazard. The pins won't properly sit for the Motorola XTS 5000, causing scratchy/broken transmissions. The screw to tighten the device broke after using it twice. 1Stopped in working less than 2 months. So I have used numerous ear pieces in my time in law enforcement and I know they can go bad after a while. However, I have never had any go bad as fast as this particular set. I left work on a Thursday and come back on Monday and it has completely stopped working. I have no idea what happened or what could have caused this to stop after less then 2 months of use. I need to investigate how or if I can get a replacement but for now I am not please with this at all. 110/10 Definitely Recommend Love this. Fits perfectly and gets rid of the large Motorola mic. I had to cut the earpiece to fit, but the sound is great. 5Good purchase Second one I ve purchased. First one worked great, until my Cockatoo bit through the wire. Sounds great. No problem hearing in loud environments. Great price and fast delivery as well. 5NOTHING SPECIAL FOR SOUND; But man the wire can handle some rough times. I gave this 5 stars because I work LE in thick brushy areas, in ALL Weather conditions. I am on my same cord for all these months. Deff worth the money... The earpieces leave much to be desired, and the clear tubing kinda sucks, but the black radio connector and the wire mustve been made by NASA lol. SAFE BUY.Yall be safe. 5Works great, not the most comfortable option. It works - which is more or less good enough. Dispatch can hear me just fine, and the ear piece is clear and easy to hear. My biggest problem with it is comfort, the acoustic tube is kind of a pain to get situated right, and it still sits partially in front of my ear instead of being contoured to wrap all the way around nicely. It's not a huge deal, but it is annoying - and this is something I wear for long periods of time so that's a huge selling point, hence taking 2 stars off. Functionally it works great. 3
