    Get the most out of your knivesI was lucky enough to stumble upon one of these at my work years ago - it's a fantastic tool provided you can keep a consistent angle while sharpening. Between this and a set of torx bits, you'll have everything you need to keep your knives in top shape.The hand-held nature of this sharpener allows you finer control of the sharpening process. Tabletop sharpeners require you to angle yourself around them, or hold them in awkward or potentially finger-endangering ways. Since no oil is needed, you can just carry this with you if you want, sharpening as need be. The level of grit on this knife won't give you a razor edge, but it'll get you darn close. If you use this in conjunction with EZE-LAP 500 Super Fine EZE-Fold Sharpeners as part of a two-step sharpening process, you'll get a fine, polished edge that rivals factory sharpness. It's almost impossible to match precision-machined edges, but these will get you as close as anything can.I would recommend this over any other pocketable sharpener - especially those that set the edge for you, as many hand-held sharpeners do. This allows you to set the edge at any angle you want, and the grit is fine enough to get your knives shaving-sharp.5
