    It works! This is good for the price. Still works till today. I use it for gigs all the time. It holds my microphone and light at same time. 5Solved a problem After buying an Azden 3 channel audio mixer and needing to use it with two wireless mics, before I knew about this product, I went to Tap Plastics and bought a small plastic blue box and a lot of Velcro at my local Ace Hardware to affix the receivers and Azden audio mixer on my Canon G-30. Although it worked, had I known about this product earlier, which is under $9, I could have saved myself a lot of time to get a more professional looking solution that takes up less space in my camcorder bag. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is I think it should be slightly larger with the left side extending slightly more for my professional L.E.D. supplementary light. It says hot shoe light, but don't think it fits on my back hot shoe on my Canon so it had to go up front, but maybe I'm not getting something right there. Again, it is a good solution to a problem when you start to get several accessories and certainly is a bargain price. 4Well made "gizmo" If you need a portable battery operated LED light, or monitor and use a shotgun microphone Shure VP83 this is one easy way to accomplish that. Made of metal used for photography. Strong it will hold what you want to slide on to it. The accessories slide easily on. Just tighten with lock ring on the component. The Left side is as you see higher, this is where I put the LED light, higher up and slightly to the camera left. On the shorter right side I put my Shure Lens Hopper. The mic, although sticking out in front of the light, there is absolute no shadow cast on the scene. 4Triple-mount Hot Shoe Does the Job at a Great Price Inexpensive and functional. I needed it to hold an LED light, boom microphone and receiver for lapel microphones. However, all three won't fit on it at the same time due to the light bumping into the boom mic on its vibration free mount. But, it works well for two devices.The base mount is plastic, and this worries me a bit as it was very loose on arrival. I'm afraid that normal use might cause the mount to break over time, but for now I've managed to get it tightened enough that there is no wiggle. 4Well made and worth the cost This is made pretty well. It is strong and unbendable whatsoever. In the past, I've placed a Pocked wizard transceiver on my camera's hot shoe with a Canon 580EXii on top of it. I always felt I was risking damage to the hot shoe. With this setup, it doesn't seem to create the leverage needed to easily damage the camera. I've put an ESDDI 176 LED light and a Neewer 7 inch video monitor on it and it seems pretty safe. (Of course, you still need to use caution not to bump it very hard and damage the camera's hot shoe!)My only reason to knock it to a four-star rating is that I had to use a needle nose plier to slightly widen one of the hot shoe mounts to fit accessories into it. No big deal really. 4Very handy accessory Well made, good price. Really comes in handy when you have a lot of accessories. Will fit into any hotshoe on your camera or a hotshoe on something like a stabilizing handle for example. Pretty sturdy, no issues with it so for. Pleased with the purchase. 5A great utility mount for your camera or video camera I have to admit at first when I saw this mount I was wishing it was level and not offset. Once I grabbed my video camera I was happy the mount was offset as it does give more flexibility. The left side (the higher side) is what goes over my video camera housing and is where I mount the shotgun mic. The height gives me the flexibility of moving the mic so it targets the sound. Depending on the length of the microphone this cant be done, I have an Audio Technica atr 6550 and without this product I cant get the microphone in the "sweet spot". I also have an Azden SM10 that I use occasionally. In short the added height does help.I have a Panasonic HC-X920 I use weekly for YouTube videos and a Panasonic TM 900 at the office I use for training videos. In both instances this mount is helpful for the shotgun Microphone and any other gadget I want to hook to my camera.The cool thing is there is a stop on the back side of the shoe to help the item from sliding out.The base took little effort to mount and it is not in the picture. its about 1.25 inches tall and can be twisted to get proper direction. And, the ability to change out your configuration is only going to save you time, money, and of course frustration. So, do yourself a favor and don't run with the herd who only wants you to go broke so they would look stupid all by themselves. There motivation is to have you waste your time and money like they did listening to fools who have money to burn.However, you don't have to "sell the farm" to enjoy photography /Videography if you'll spend a little to learn a lot! Because, no matter how much money you spend it's not going to cause you to be any smarter! Having said all of that, you won't be disappointed with this Triple Hot Shoe Mount because of its durable material build and its small "footprint."Oh, and by the way at this price point? Get real!! They shipped me the wrong item, I ordered the triple hot shoe adapter, and the one I received, only has 2.... however the price was good so I would definitely recommend this item.**as a double hot shoe adapter. 3A necessary extension at a great price. This is exactly what I wanted it to be and it is a great buy at under $4. It is sturdily built, I haven't had any problems with mine - but even if it were to break at some point in the future, it's only another $4. It works perfectly for mounting my Rode shotgun VideoMic with a dead cat on one side, and my Neewer 160 light on the other side. I mounted my Zoom H1 recorder in the middle with mount adapter to attach to the shoe. I'm very happy with the setup. It is easy to assemble and disassemble quickly, and everything feels safe and secure when filming on my Glidecam hd-2000. It's also small and easy to pack in my bag or just carry in my pocket even.Sometimes the best things are the simplest. 5
