    One Star After 10 days it stretch and was falling down 1No Thank You! Nothing more than a "knee warmer" I sent it back! NO support, maybe good in the winter on a arthritic knee... 2Will not stay in place The knee sleeve in a 2X-Large will not stay in place. The sleeve slides down the leg if walking. It has no benefit for support for the knee. 1disappointed this does move as you wear it.....also, i got mine on Tuesday, wear it just during work hours, and now i see, on Friday, that one of the metal strips on the side has popped thru the neoprene. disappointing 2exceptionally good I have used this product almost daily for 2 years while exercising (elliptical) on both knees. I could not be happier. In fact, it is time to buy them again, and I looked at other products -- but deliberately came back to this oneI have put this product through its paces -- and they both have held up to aggressive indoor elliptical and weight training use 5Four Stars great it works 4very uncomfortable When you ask for support I suppose that doesn't mean comfortable. Could only wear this for about a half hour and then the discomfort was worse than the knee pain. This isn't the fault of the product. 3Knee brace for plus size woman This item did not stay in place. If I had ordered another size I don't think it would help because it slid over time, although it seemed to fit well at first. It did not provide me the support I needed when I sprained my knee. The compression was not enough.I also purchased McDavid Ligament Knee Support (Black, XX-Large) here on amazon. It provided much more support and the straps are adjustable which helped with sizing and amount of compression.I suggest the McDavid for someone that is plus size. I weigh 235 and work 12hr days. I was hoping the ProFlex 615 would be good for light support at work but I just couldn't keep the compression in the right place and spent too much time pulling it back up. 2Lacks strong support If you use the knee brace for heating effects only, this would be a suitable product. If you want strong support, look elsewhere. 2Very Good Support Bought these for my husband who works 12 to 14 hours a day. He has trouble with his knees. He wears one on each knee and says he can not believe what a difference they have made, His knees never hurt. They hold up very well. I wash them in the washing machine every week and hang to dry. They have have held up well to many, many washings. 5
