    Great Electrical Adapter This made converting the existing hole very easy. some adjustments on the long thread stem were required but worked very good. 5PERFECT Exactly what I needed to finish a remodel job and was hard to find as most hardware stores don't stock this item. 5recessed can conversion seems like a good idea. but it would not support the fixture, too spongy. the new fixture actually bounced up and down when attached to this device. 2conversion light kit The conversion light kit worked out perfectly. It was easy for my huband to install as he has an electrical background. 5Did not work for me I wanted to easily convert two of our (way too many) recessed lights into pendants over a bar area. The other conversion kits available will not work with our remodel lights. I thought this was my answer. The nipple/post was too short for my purposes. The wires are awfully short as well. This would have worked if I could have had some leeway with the drop length of the nipple. Good idea, just not implemented as well as it could be. I ended up just buying the inexpensive screw type fixtures at Lowe's and was able to pick the shades of my choice. They do look nice, but I would have preferred to use regular light fixtures. 3Four Stars I like it but i returned the set, coz it does not hold up the weight. 4
