    Works, but Chinese workmanship and durability.Expensive, given market options, and given that it only lasted two years for me. The connector to the LED bulb developed a short, then sparked out. The LED bulb exchange process is awkward and requires both patience and dexterity. It may be produced by a So Cal-based company, but it feels totally Chinese, and is both difficult to service and obviously not quality, from this consumer's experience. 3Excellent retrofit for 6in can lightsExcellent retrofit for 6in can lights. I installed these in my office to highlight artwork on the walls since I also have a light fixture on a ceiling fan. I paired them with some 3000K LED bulbs 4-Pack of Hyperikon MR16 LED 7-Watt (50-Watt Replacement), 3000K (Soft White Glow), CRI90+, 490lm, Flood Light Bulb, Dimmable, UL-Listed and FCC Approved and thanks to the great adjustment capabilities of these fixtures, I now have quality lighting on my artwork. Highly recommended. 5Five StarsWORKED GREAT 5Some minor tweaking needed to make it fit.Worked out well. Needed to move the 120v bulb female up into the can to accommodate transformer. Just an FYI but the bulbs for this are available in 35 and 65 degree spread. Larger for bigger paintings. Can be dimmed 5Five StarsThis is an easy retrofit and I love the lighting options this give. Especially for artwork and accent lighting. 5Replacement adjustable angle lightThis light looks like it would be able to do a 90 degree angle, but it will not. The best you can do is 75 degrees. So, if you are dealing with a sloped roof or with a high picture/low ceiling, this lamp will probably not work well for what you want.As far as ease of installation, it is pretty simple. Adjustment of angle, it is a pain. You need to put a lot of effort into angle adjustment and that can be an issue once it is installed. So, figure a basic adjustment prior to install and then a final adjustment and you are good. Adjusting it again later will take patience.The transformer that comes with this is enormous and VERY heavy. Ensure you are VERY stable for installation.I really see no advantage to this over an eyeball socket lamp and i would recommend the eyeball socket over this since you would not have a heavy transformer to install and it is easier to adjust. The eyeball socket actually has a better angle adjustment than this does it is closer to 83 degrees. 3
