    Received the Dual Ear 2. 5mm Headset and plugged ...Received the Dual Ear 2.5mm Headset and plugged it into my CapTel Phone. Prior to getting the Headset, the CapTel was a little low in volume for I am very hard o hearing. Once plugged in the Dual Ear 2.55 Headset allowed me the hear very well. It took a little to remember to pick up the Handheld portion of the CapTel Phone and use the Dual Ear Headset to listen and talk thru the mike. The Volume control on the Headset also allowed for additional volume, so it has been a winner all the way around. I would buy another one it something every happens to the one I have. 5Spotty electrical connection.I bought these based on the reviews, but after 6 months it's suffering the same problem as the cheap ones from Staples: some internal wire is loose and the connection goes bad. Sigh 3Not too comfortable.As another review mentioned, the headset doesn't fit that well; at least on my head. I also had to wrap some extra material around the top to make it fit better. Something about the angle of the side speakers not being able to be aligned with the side of my head, even though there is a little play in the sides. I had expected a more comfortable fit without all the extra work.Once that got solved, this seems to be OK for sound. It's really loud at the maximum setting but can be adjusted accordingly with the volume control. I like the dual ear design.Update: Microphone failed after less than a week. Returned for a refund. 2Great headset!!! Recommend.These are a little on the pricy side, but trust me, they are worth it. I had to deal with another company that sold headphones that cost around $30 and would only work for a week or so and had to go through the hassle of returning them and waiting for the refund. This happened at least 3 times with that company. These have given me no problem. The sound quality is amazing, on both ends. They can hear me perfectly fine and I can hear them very well too. Also, the volume control has a very wide range of volume. No static. The cord is very long, and that is my only personal complaint. 5Marginal performanceEarphones should be larger diameter to fit adult ear! 3Four stars for durability and performance... but one slight issueI purchased this headset 13 months ago and it works great since then. I have been using it around 14 hours everyday since I have purchased it. Here are some pros and cons:Pros: It is very well made and will last laterally forever. It has a volume control which controls both the mic and the speakers in the headphone. The sponges are made very well and although my little son has been chewing on it a few times, they still look unscratched. The sound quality is good and it cancels out unnecessary noise. I have never had any issues with the other side of the call complaining about the quality of my sound.Cons: The only inconvenience I have faced with this device is that its a little too tight around the ears. Initially I thought it may take a while and the headset may adjust to the size of my head or I may get used to it but unfortunately the problem has persisted.In general, this headset is made with high quality materials and works perfect for long hours of over-the-phone work. 4Worked great for about 5 monthsWorked great for about 5 months. I had to stop using due to callers hearing an echo constantly on my line 1This used to be a good brand as the others are worseI bought this to replace my old headset and from the first call people are saying they CAN T HEAR ME FROM DAY ONE. I have been screaming into the phone and I have Multiple Sclerosis and I can t do that 8-10 hours a day.This used to be a good brand as the others are worse. Now it matches them.Update: I gave it another week. Everyone still said they couldn t hear me. This was always my favorite, but I had to go back to Plantronics.I returned the Ovislink. 1Great headset. Definitely recommended.This is a great headset. It has the 2.5mm plug that allows it to work with all of my phones. The sound quality is outstanding. Because it has two earpieces, noise isolation is great. I highly recommend it for anyone that spends time on the phone. Don't waste money on cheaper headsets; this is the one you want. The only issues I have with it are that since I'm a big guy, the microphone does not quite reach my mouth, and since there is no microphone amplification and the mic is not front and center, people on the other end sometimes have a problem hearing me. 5This has been a really great head setI work from home and needed a reliable headset that would provide noise canceling as well as a mute buttom with volume control. This has been a really great head set. I can hear all my customer's with no problem. I have had this for over a year and just recenlty the mute button started to stick once in while which is not good but for the amount of times I have pushed the buttom to make sure no one hears what going on in the background it has been a good head set. I also had some issues with it fitting but on my head a little even with adjustment's but just wrapped something around the top which lift it perfectly where I needed it. These are the only two issues I had and so I just purchased my second pair so just in case the mute button does finally go I will have an emergency back up pair. Hope this review helps. 5
