    DEWALT DW2055 6-Inch Magnetic Bit Tip Holder I have several of these Dewalt bit holders and use them all the time. The retractable sleeve helps keep longer screws stabile when first starting them. I find the sleeve also works to help stabilize my 3" long 1/4" and 5/16" nut driver bits when it's slipped down over the shank flush to the back of the bit. The magnetic tip seems to work fine at retaining my short insert bits and the quick change shank locks securely into my impact driver and cordless screwdrivers chucks as it should. The bit holders do what I need them to do, so overall I've been happy with them. 4highly recommended Completely satisfied with DW products. delivered as scheduled. No problems with packaging n shipping. Great value. quality a plus. superb item to add in your toolbox. A must buy. works as advertised. 5A great bit extender. I use it every day and love it. Be careful using it as a 3/8 socket, because it will strip the end. 5Broke within 5 minutes of normal use. Tip snapped off within 5 minutes of drilling in screws in soft wood. Holds bits in place with magnetism. Holds screws in place with the sleeve so you can use both hands to start the screwing. Once the screw starts to penetrate your target, the sleeve slides back so you can finish the job. 5A little disappointed already broke it. I use it daily and have had many of these...I wish they would build a more durable holder I'd pay the extra cost. I don't think I'll buy any more. I am rough on tools. This is the kind of thing I require more than 2 months of life. 2Good time saver DeWalt lengthened the distance the sliding screw-drive sleeve extends out beyond the tip of the driver bit and that accommodates longer screws and stabilizes them better preventing wobbling as you begin to drive the screw. 5Essential drill driver accessory I like these extensions that double as screw starters. I wear them out pretty quickly, but like bits, they are basically expendible because of how they are used. I like the thin profile of this DeWalt enough to repeatedly buy it as I destroy them :-) but they are good quality and are the right tool for the job. 5I like it but... I like it but...I have to buy a new one every few months as the sleeve on it breaks off. Overall good product for a light user. 3
