    Very nice towel or robe hooks These are nice sturdy and handsome hooks. They are also beautifully finished in a beautiful brushed nickel. Installation was a snap. If you have any DIY skills at all you will have no trouble installing these. I installed 2 and it took about 5 minutes each. The two I received were perfect and the tabs all lined up perfectly for a great, secure fit on the mounting bracket. The mounting bracket has a good amount of adjustment for the bottom screw to make getting the hook plumb a snap. This one is a no brainer. Very satisfied with this purchase. 5Terrific Quality but... This is a heavy, solid and beautiful piece of work. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 Stars was this. The Hook slides down over the bracket that you attach to the wall. So....when you lift the towel up off the hook, it occasionally takes the hook off the bracket too. I will try bending the 2 tabs on the bracket that the hook fastens to. I hope to tighten the connection that way and prevent the hook from coming off in the future. I should mention that it only comes off occasionally and only when my teenager uses it. 4Hook & mount do not want to mate up. Famous name manufacturer that is normally associated with a reputation of quality. But this item comes with a mounting bracket that does not even meet China's low quality standards. The bracket has two tabs that are made to secure the hook part that is visible. Unfortunatly the two parts mentioned did not fit together.Had to take the bracket to my work shop & bend the tabs out, which allowed the bracket to mate with the hook.Even when all parts mate up, with very little pressure applied to the lower part of the hook, it can be moved left or right a small amout (close to an 1/8th of an inch). 1Dear DELTA Grand Poobahs - Another Solid Product, but you could add a lot of VALUE for customer if DELTA could have made me even happier by making my life easier - How? by throwing in some wall anchors.For my needs I couldn't use a wall stud, so wall anchors would have been a big bonus.Murphy's Law in effect as usual, in that 90% of the time, when wall anchors are included, I don't need them. But really, DELTA grand poobahs/decision bosses , how much could a couple of plastic anchors cost? Luckily I had some stored up a bunch of anchors from those 90%ers so I was good.Maybe your accountants suggested you cut $XXX amt of dollars by excluding wall anchors from any product that are wall mounted? Well I think you screwed up.(pun intended) 5Beautiful and high quality. These robe hooks are solid and well made. I used them on hollow doors to hang heavy robes and knew to purchase shorter screws with anchors based on other reviews. Easy installation and anticipate them staying intact without an issue. Highly recommend. 5Love this hook Love this hook. So many times I've added hooks only to find out they do not hold my robe, towel, etc., thie tips of this hook are squared off without being sharp. No more getting out of the shower to find towel and robe on the floor! 5Looks great, but terrible mounting method Looks great, and is high quality, but the mounting bracket/method is terrible. It does little more than sit on the bracket without being anchored in place, which means it comes right off if you barely pull on it, and it wiggles on the bracket. 2Sturdy hook. Easy to install Great hook. Sturdy. Looks like it cost more than it did. Easy to install.I procrastinated the install because I had read reviews saying it was hard to install. Ummm... not sure what they were doing but this was the easiest install ever. Less than two minutes!I looked to see how it went together then I used my stud finder. I drilled the screws in and attached the front piece. I m a female and it the install alone. Not sure how others had such problems with the install. It s super easy.Sturdy. Easy install. Looks great. Highly recommend. 5Better than expected I needed towel hooks for my master bathroom, and found these; I let them sit in my shopping cart for a couple weeks while I looked for a less expensive alternative, while I would ve bought this hook without hesitation if I only needed one, I wanted them in several locations for convenience, and wasn t keen on paying $30+ for a few simple hooks. After exploring my options I caved and bought 2 of these, I m glad I did, and will be ordering more. They are heavy, appear to be complete metal construction, and are a substantial size, the finish is nice as they match the rest of the fixtures in my bathroom perfectly. My only disappointment was that the included hardware did not include drywall anchors, I don t think I ll need them for my intended installation locations, but it would ve been nice just in case if they d included anchors to match the size of the included screws, obviously this wasn t substantial enough for me to deduct a star from my review as I found these to be an excellent product. 5Sturdy Attractive Good price for product Sturdy, well built, and easy on. I have purchased other Delta hooks (others were spring loaded) and found these just as easy to mount as the others. I had no issues mounting - zero problems. 5heavy duty hooks that look great! These are thick and heavy metal hooks!I got the satin nickel to match all the door handles and shower controls.I put 1 next to the shower to hang towels/robes/or anything else to make it easy to grab what you need when stepping out of the shower.I put 6 in the entranceway by the front door to hang coats, backpacks, umbrellas, and anything else as you come in.1 hook can hold my heavy biker leather jacket and a backpack easily.You have to mount them in solid wood or they won't be secured.Sometimes, the 2 inside prongs of the wall mount don't make the hook bracket fit tight so you have to tap each prong in with a hammer until the hook fits really snug and doesn't move.It can be tricky getting several in a row to look even but I really like them.The only downfall is that they are quite expensive for hooks. 4
