Two were the correct piece; one had the wrong connector and was useless for me. 3Ear piece works ok functionally but ear ring too small.Ear ring piece a bit small. This is a lot more comfortable then the bulky handsets like you would see police with. The only issue so far is when talking into the mic. I am being told, that sometimes I sound garbled. My dissatisfaction is that after approximately 7 weeks, the push to talk function began to be a problem. When the push to talk is used, it seems to be intermittent, and 'crackly' in the sound. I've tried pressing sifter, pressing harder, and such, but it has gotten to the point that I can no longer use it.I'm a high school administrator and this was a major plus until the recent quality issue.Apparently my return window closed mid to late January - so it is now a lesson learned.3No inside ear irritation!Works great! Doesn't irritate my ear like the "in ear" type5Tight but good qualityGood headphones, gets a little tight around the ears and makes my ear itch but I liked overall quality and the sound..4Five Starsgreat5
