    Perfect little charger for meI wired this into my race car so I can plug in the USB for my phone and to recharge my Go Pro. The cigarette lighter port is used to keep my AIM Solo (data logger) plugged in. Unfortunately wal-mart doesn't offer them any more, but that's ok because I can order them here on Amazon. I always appreciate how I can charge a phone via USB and still plug in my GPS as well. I usually plug these into constant on power vs. accessory on because I want to be able to charge my phone while the car is off.5Great little adapterInstalled 1 one my travel traler and one in the work truck. I wish the lead wire was a couple of feet long and the blue light on the USB can be bright if installed at the wrong angle.Both units work great and the dual 2.1 amp ports are great for today energy hungry devices.4Great ValueI ordered 2 of these devices to provide more USB charger ports in my car for our 10 day vacation. We had 8 devices requiring USB charging ports. We plugged and 2 USB dual port cigarette lighter converters to get the 8 ports. The device worked well during the trip. Be careful and do not apply too much torque to your mounting screws so that you don't crack the plastic. The device is well constructed but it is still plastic. The devices arrived on time and were adequately packaged.5Mounted under the upper cabinets in Scamp camper. Works great.Was easy to mount and wire up since 12v was right there for an inside light. Haven't used the 12v cigarette lighter type outlet much but frequently use the USB ports for charging with no issues. Mine is hard wired to the lighter power and ground feeds and is constantly hot. If you mount this inside a console, the blue light (indicating unit is receiving power) wouldn't be a problem. I just mark mine out with a dab of black paint. I've purchased many of these over the years and have added to camp trailers and trucks. Every single one comes with some type of power indicator that is wayyy too bright.4Exactly what was neededI bought this to add an additional 12V lighter adapter and the USB ports were a nice addition. Came with all the hardware needed to mount under my dash in an older car. I was able to wire it to a circuit that shuts off with the ignition so it works exactly as I need it to and does not get power when the car is off.5UBS portPerfect accessory which I install on golf carts. Well I must have a bad batch. Of the four that I have bought, 2 are no good. One let the smoke out when I powered it up. The second the USB LED flickers but does not power on, yet the 12V works fine.2
