    I love our new faucet I love our new faucet. The installation was rough but only because it was a tight spot underneath but other than that, it was fine. The faucet arrived in great condition, with every part and easy instructions. It looks great and works great. I'm satisfied with this purchase. 5Dont wait buy it you will not regret it. Wife freaking loves it. Excellent faucet, you will never buy overpriced home depot garbage again after purchasing this... it even came with the hoses to connect to water supply. A great overall value and very heavy duty quality. Wife loves this. Do not hesitate just buy, amazing quality. A++++ 5easy install! Very easy install, wanted a replacement close to the original, Perfect! It was easier to install than the old one to remove. 5It looks a lot more expensive and it's easy to install than Moen faucet, strong jet stream I replaced a leaking Moen faucet with this one, I was not sure how well it will hold up though. Upon receiving the package, it comes with all the needed parts, it looks well made and more expansive than it price tag. I have looked around in HomeDepot and Lowe's, more their faucets cost over $100.I had to use a Basin wrench to remove the rusty Moen nut before I can install this new faucet. Instead of the tiny nut that comes with the Moen faucet, this one come with a big hand turn nut. It took me couple tries to get the cold and hot lines through the hole, but tightening up the faucet is easy.This faucet jet stream is strong, I mean really strong compare to a Moen faucet. 5totally pleased Excellent bargain. They look beautiful installed. One of my best Amazon purchases. 5Seems like a solid value, comes with supply lines Bought this to replace a very similar looking faucet that we've had for about 8 years before it started leaking and loosing pressure. I was pleasantly surprised that this came with all the pieces required to install for a single hole install, including supply lines (18" I think?).If you are installing into a 3 hole situation, it does NOT come with a cover plate or putty, so you will need to purchase those. Nor does this come with a cover for a 2-hole scenario (faucet + sprayer). I didn't need that however as I was able to use the old hardware.The instructions were pretty clear - however the kit included teflon (pipe) tape but the instructions did not say where to apply it (instructions say the tape is included, but not where to use it).. Both ends of the supply lines had rubber seals on them and didn't appear to need any tape - so that was a bit confusing. Perhaps it only needed if you use the adapters on the supply lines?This is a modern kitchen faucet install. It comes with a large plastic cylinder for the lock nut (under the sink) instead of the traditional simple circular lock-nut (with 2 tightening screws). It also comes with flexible supply lines so there is no need to be bending copper.My one install tip is to connect the supply lines to the faucet before dropping it into the sink. The instructions say otherwise, but the long cylindrical lock-nut covers the connections to a large degree that it makes it difficult to get to them once it is on.The actual product shipped in nice packaging branded "VC|CUCINE" with the same logo found on the site [...] - although I can't find that faucet listed. I was also surprised that it does carry a lifetime warranty for the original owner.Time will tell if this stands up, but so far this seems a very good value. 4EASY INSTALLATION - NIGHTMARE TO USE! UPDATE 05/04/18: I never did hear back from the company regarding the issues with the sprayer hose popping loose and flooding underneath my counter. Even so, the duct tape used to hold the sprayer hose in place continues to hold after five months. I was disappointed the company did not respond. Nice item, but do not recommend unless you are willing to risk the connections popping loose. Initial review follows.This faucet was easy to install by this 72 year old female. The most difficult part was removing the old faucet, which was quite challenging working in such a small space under my kitchen counter. Once the old part was removed, installing the Comllen was quick and easy. I also used a plate under the faucet because I was installing it for residential use. The force of the water from the faucet is very strong. I sought this faucet because it was the only one with the spray feature I found advertised to be compatible with the APEX counter top water filter I wanted to install. It works perfectly with the filter, and looks good, although it does seem to run smaller than the typical kitchen faucet. Even so, I am very pleased.UPDATE: 12/5/17: Approximately one month after installation the spray hose came loose from the coupler, and water flowed under the counter. Also, the faucet does drip a bit after the water is turned off, and one must be careful when using the spray function as the water pressure is high and water will spray all over the place. I decided I could live with those annoyances, however, I downgraded my review two stars because the connection came loose from the coupler, and I live in fear of it happening again everytime I use the faucet. I will have to explore ideas to stop this from happening again.UPDATE:12/12/17: It happened again, twice within an hour, the connection came loose and flooded underneath my counter! This is completely unacceptable, but it is freezing and snowing outside so I am not about to run out and find a replacement, but clearly this faucet will have to be replaced, after barely a month's use. It is pretty, but clearly not a good buy. As a last resort I have tried taping it into position with some duct tape, hopefully enough to hold until I can get a proper replacement (and long enough to get my supper ready.) One cannot operate a kitchen without a kitchen faucet. Unless you want to deal with the frustration of the connection coming loose and water flooding from under your counter do not buy this item, it is a nightmare! Too bad, because it appears to be of solid construction.UPDATE" 12/15/17: I contacted the company's customer service last week, "Mary", inquiring as to what I could do to stop the connection from coming loose. As of today I have not received a response. In the meantime, the duct tape seems to be holding, so will check it periodically until I find a replacement. Buyer beware. 1Went pretty well but the feeder lines were short My firs installation of a faucet. Went pretty well but the feeder lines were short. I had to run out to Home Depot to get an extension in the middle of the job. After that everything went smooth. Very nice looking faucet, works very well. Only complaint it that after shutting it off the faucet occasionally drips a bit for about 20 seconds. Not sure if this is because of something I did on the installation ( i secured everything tightly ) or the design itself.Great looking faucet ( exactly what I was looking for ) and it was half the cost of others I looked at. 5A Great Value We had a name-brand lifetime warranty faucet that constantly leaked. After getting the free repair kit, it started to leak again.We purchased this and the wife loves it! Time will tell how long it lasts, but for the price, we could afford to replace. The other faucet "hurt" to replace. 5Good faucet, spray function stream flow is pretty strong. For my cold and hot water supply line size, I had to purchase a adapter from Lowes to fit the hoses that came with the faucet. The spray stream flow is stronger than the Moen faucet I removed.
