    Quality as expected Perfect low profile antenna 5Four Stars Product as described. I am still in testing phase, checking receive/transmit against a Jpole. 4better reception & lower SWR on my baofengs & other ... Solid antenna, better reception & lower SWR on my baofengs & other cheap radios versus the Nagoya i tried. 5Great Antenna but slightly bent Overall 4/5 stars because it has a slight bend to it.I bought this to put on a lip mount on my truck. The antenna came packaged in a neoprene sleeve from Comet. The sleeve had a cardboard backing inside to help keep the antenna from getting bent. I opened the antenna and everything looked great however the antenna had a slight bend in it down by the spring. It doesnt look like the actual antenna part is bent just the spring slightly.I hooked it up to an NMO lip mount, the spring pushing the nipple inside down is very strong. I had to push down on the antenna to get the threads to start. Once I hooked everything up I tested it with my radio before running the coax into the cab. I only have it hooked up to a UV-5R 5watt HT and was able to hit the local repeater as well as a repeater 16 miles away on both 2m and 70cm. I have not tried to go further to see my range but I only had it set up for 15 min to check readings and test sound. Reports came back clear and loud. Reception was great.I will update this review in the event something goes wrong with the antenna from my first impressions. 4As advertised As expected 4great SWR out of the box. I put on motor home with 5 inch mag mount. I had to glue steel plate to top of motor home first, but it works great. 4
