    Seems to be a well made fixture. This is a rather nice fixture! Frame is Aluminum, lens is Plastic, After reading the reviews on the knockouts I was concerned, but after watching the video the seller provided, I just went for it. They really are not that hard to knock out. (flat blade screwdriver, hammer and a few solid hits. Seems like a lot, but this is NOT uncommon for a cast aluminum fixture) Fixture installed easily and works fine. We will have to see what the longevity is, but so far it is working well! 5Good lighting I bought one of these for my back patio. It worked so well I bought a second one to mount on my garage. It produces a bright white light, the dusk to dawn function works as advertised. Mounting was simple. The only tricky part was in knocking out the tabs in the back for the wires and mounting screws. It took a lot more impact force than I expected. I was concerned that it would break the entire plate. My worries aside, the tabs knocked out perfectly. I've had the first for over a month now and so far I'm happy with my purchase. 5Nice LED outdoor light. Watch my video of how to punch out the holes the easy way. A lots of buyers have already commented how good the lights are, and I do agree. In the meantime a lots buyers complained that it is hard to punch out the holes for mounting the light. The installation instruction showed to use a hammer to knock out the hole, which does not work and you also risk to damage the base board. Here is the video I show you how to punch out the holes easy way. I use a large socket, which the hole is bigger than the piece need be punched out, to support the light housing base board, place the punch out portion over the socket, the hole can be punch out very easy. Please wear the safety glasses.5Great light! I previously bought two of the lower wattage lights to use on the outside sides of my garage and they were perfect.I bought this one because of that. It s a fantastic light.Here s one word of warning to you though: If there is any kind of overhang or wall near the light, the light can reflect back and cause this light to shut off which makes it cycle off and on every few seconds. I don t recommend you use this light unless it s out in the open. 5Great Light!I really like this light. It is very bright and focus the beam downward to light my porch, but also sends light in all directions to light up my whole front yard. Like other purchasers I had the problem with the light blinking on and off, but found and fixed the problem. The blinking is caused by the photo cell, which is way too big. The large size causes the photo cell to be too sensitive so when light reflected upward bounces off the soffit (overhang) and back to the photo cell, the light turns off. The photo cell then senses the darkness and turns the light back on. This is an endless loop. However, the sensitivity can be reduced by putting a piece of electric tape over the top half of the photo cell. The lower half of the photo cell then controls the light just fine and stops the blinking. I bought two more of these lights to put on my garage and out building.5Brighter than expected, solidly builtI just installed this yesterday. Once it got dark, I was very pleased at the amount of light it put out. I replaced a similar LED fixture that died after about a year. I'm glad it died because this one is so much better. I thought it was going to be made out of plastic. When I started taking it apart to install it, I quickly realized the back housing is all metal. The only drawback to that is removing the knockouts. The big knockout in the center came out with a few good hits, but the little slotted ones took some effort. I eventually got them out by starting a hole in the groove with a screwdriver and hammer, then prying them out. It was an annoyance, but not enough to remove a start from my rating.The photocell seems to be nicely sensitive and located in a good spot on the fixture. The gasket used to seal the lens/cover appears to be very good quality. It's classified as a downlight, but don't let that fool you, it throws plenty of light forward and to the sides.This is one of the better if not best outdoor lights I've ever used. Now I hope it lasts.5Lights up front of my house!We have a 300 driveway and I can see these two lights flanking my garage door, from half-a-mile down the road. I m no electrician so it took me a little longer to get the first one installed. Needed to get longer screws because of how my previous lights were installed. Be sure you get clear silicone caulking because the gaskets need to be seated or they won t stay seated as you mount it. They come on at night and off at dawn just like clockwork. Love these lights.5Bright, Compact, Exterior LightThis is a very well built light fixture. It is bright. Not as bright as I expected from reading the reviews of some. I thought I would be lighting up the next three counties adjacent to me :-), but it didn't. It does, however, light up my yard very well. The reviews about the knockouts being hard to remove, is very much on point. I ended up drilling holes in them with a drill to run the wires through. I would recommend this product to others that need good exterior lighting.5Great LED Light!Put the fixture up above my garage to replace a 42W CFL which died. Figured it was time to upgrade to LED. Since I am not very knowledgeable about LED lumens, I took a chance. Research showed that this light was the equivalent of a 150W incandescent bulb & my old 42W CFL. I was so afraid the front of my house would be lit up like Sheetz. I was very pleased with the amount of output light. It lights up most of my 60 driveway & does put plenty of light to the side of the driveway too. Light comes on at dusk with no problem & goes off in the morning. Installation was easy. Punching holes in the backplate was simple. Fixture is well made & solid. Very pleased with this light. Highly recommend.5Excellent Build QualityExcellent build quality, you won't find a better built light for the price. Very impressed with the metal housing and quality lens at this price point.Mounting required drilling some holes and a couple of tapcons due to my non-standard electrical box.Brightness is good, but not 3,000 lumens. In the photo my garage lights are 1500 lumen, 23 watt, 5,000k LED bulbs in standard fixtures. The side light is about the same brightness.The Cinoton is a much more efficient light dispersion design and would only require about 750 lumens to deliver the same brightness as a 1500 lumen bulb in a standard fixture. There is almost no "wasted" light with the Cinotion design.I'd be interested in knowing the actual power draw if anybody has hooked up a power meter to the light.5Better Quality Than ExpectedThis is a very nice solid built LED wall pack. Some reviews are complaining about the knockouts on the rear. I found these about as easy as possible and they popped right out.Light out put is very good. The photo I attached is taken from about 75 feet away and using no flash. It lights the area in front of my shop great. Color of the light is very white. No blue or pink tones. Unlike a lot of LED fixtures from China this one lives up to the 3000lm output rating. It has a very robust silicone seal around the perimeter.Some reviews say the solar cell dies after a few months. That may well be the case as it is about the least expensive solar cell you can find. However there are two extra spots to add a more robust solar cell or even a motion detector if that would suit your needs better.550% failure rate. I purchased (4) of these lights; two are working fine but two have bad sensors and blink on and off constantly.2Could this be too bright?I like this auto-on porch light very much. The unit is as advertised and appears to be very well made. I installed it with reasonable ease and actually had just one problem - it's so powerful!My porch light was actually tricking itself because it's so powerful.When the ambient light on my front porch would get weak enough for the Cinoton light to turn itself on, it would reflect back so much light from itself that it would shut off momentarily. Then when it was off, the sensor would turn it back on, the bright light would reflect back and it would turn itself off. This happened for a few minutes of rapid blinking on & off. Eventually the outside light would get dark enough to let the lamp stay lit.What I did to fix the issue was to remove the lens and use a black paint marker and cover up about 1/2 of the LEDs. This cut the light output slightly which was just what I needed to do so that the light functions as expected. I'd suspect that most folks won't have this problem; my porch area is relatively small and mostly painted bright white so it exacerbated the problem. Before I blanked-off some of the LEDs, this light was so powerful I could imagine getting a sunburn with it. LOLOverall, I'd recommend this product to anyone who wants a high quality, well made and very powerful porch or yard light.It would work terrifically well if you want to illuminate a yard or garden or pathway to your porch. Good product.4
