The handset cord on the Crosley does not separate from the receiver, and the colors don't match even if they did. It has the standard modular handset connectors and should work with any other phone with standard modular handset connectors.Another reviewer commented that the cord is too short. I believe that the 12 feet refers to the length of wire before being coiled. It will not be practical to stretch it to 12 feet. This cord easily stretches to 6 feet without pulling the phone off my desk. It will stretch to at least 8 feet but pulls the phone across the desk. If you need a cord that will stretch over 12 feet, get the 25 foot cord. 5
