    Identical replacement. Durable, easy to install. Replaced some identical, worn out hinges in our house. Items worked fine in place of original hardware installed about 20 years prior. Writing this 2 years later, we've had no issues with them. 5Fine if you're a cabinetmaker in Europe, I guess. Bought these to replace the same hinges. They keep breaking in annoying ways, so on that, I wouldn't recommend them.As for the replacement/installation of these, they've changed the screw placement in the time since my cabinets were built. So, I have to drill new holes for the mounting inserts, which means breaking out the straightedge and pencil at least, as well as drilling pilot holes.But wait, the 5/16ths hole for the insert is too small, they won't go in. Okay, how about 3/8ths? Too big, looks like you're using more filler than you bargained for. Because I guess the whole thing's in metric. Super.Don't use the stupid inserts, just grab some wood screws and hope for the best. 2Easy to replace, which you'll do often. Extremely easy to replace, which is great because the dang things seem to need replacing pretty darn often. Since this is what they used on my cabinets I'll just keep replacing them... but if you are designing new cabinets, maybe consider spec'ing some more durable hinges. 4Good cheaper fix replacement, as opposed to entire hinge assembly. This Replacement product was worth the price, and much needed. Our cabinets were installed about 10 years ago, and roughly one-half of these units have failed. This replacement is much cheaper than buying the entire hinge, since the rest of the bracket is hard-mounted, and will not fail, unless mechanically damaged. Installation was easy, and fits with either of the other two hinge models. A pozidrive screwdriver is recommended, but is not actually needed, since any ordinary phillips will work if you are reasonably careful. The main problem with the original hinge, is that this design will eventually fail, after some number of hundreds-to-thousands of cycles. On failed units, you can re-use the cabinet portion of the assembly (one screw removal only), so you do NOT need the rest of the hinge. 4It is nice to be able to purchase only the half that ... I bought 2 packs of 10 of these hinge parts, it is the section that is attached to the door portion of the cabinet. As our kitchen cabinets age we are loosing more and more hinges, the plastic piece inside finally gives up after thousands of opens and closes. It is nice to be able to purchase only the half that breaks and reuse the other half. The price was decent, certainly less than purchasing the whole hinge locally. Now I have a supply on hand verses having to make a special trip to the hardware store. Thanks for making these available. 4Replace your hinges if broken, a super easy fix Our cabinets are 25 years old, and use the "compact 33 self closing hinges". Over time, the little plastic piece that holds them open have started to break off, easy to tell when they have a loud snap sound when closing. Then the doors dont stay open, you get scratched up trying to access your stuff with doors wanting to close on you, all that. WELL!!!You can change broken compact 33 hinges out in less than 5 min each, for less than $2 each! Our cabinets work like new now, no more bruised arms or frustrating access issues. Perfect project for a hot or rainy afternoon, easy to do for one person, even for top of cabinet hinges.Definitely one of those little projects that will make your daily life much less frustrating and more enjoyable! 5Was replacing a great many cabinet door hinges. My grandmother had all of her kitchen doors failing to close and stay closed. It was a very frustrating to her. I went to Home Depot to get new hinges and they didn't have these. I then went to Lowes and they did but they were crazy expensive. More than $7 a piece and I needed a dozen or more.I found these here and I used them on her cabinets. Quick and easy to replace.1 screw attaches the door to this hinge. 2 small screws attach this to the cabinet. Easy to adjust and get right.I replace 12 of them in about 30 minutes with a small power screw driver.I seriously couldn't be happier with this find and she loves having her doors close smoothly, stay closed, and work well again 5Perfect fit for my 20 year old cabinet doors! I was re-painting my kitchen cabinets, and a number of my original hinges had snapped, so I decided to replace almost all of them since I was removing them anyway. (On a few doors that had 3 hinges, I left an older unbroken one in the center). I am so happy to have my cabinet doors closing properly again. They fit perfectly in my 20 year old cabinet doors. I only gave 4 stars, because I know that with the design of these, they are prone to breakage..... I saved a dozen or so older unbroken ones for future replacement issues. Others have posted that there is an improved similar hinge that fits in the same predrilled hole in the cabinet door, however you need to replace the other piece on the cabinet frame, and I was not up for that task. These are not that expensive, and pretty easy to replace, so I will live with them and their breakage problems. 4Excellent for Replacement of Failed Blum 110 hinges We have probably about 20 custom kitchen cabinets, all with the Blum 110 hinges. The cabinets are about 15 years old, and the hinges have failed on several. These hinges are the exact replacements. I replaced the door part of the hinges on several cabinet doors, and it only took a few minutes for each door - very simple and painless. It should be noted that only the door part of the hinges come in the order. The stationary part of the hinge that is screwed into the cabinet frame is not included. 5Good Hinge for the price. They worked as I expected but they don't last holdup well. I don't know what I expected but I only got about a year out of the hinge this is the second order the first was about a year ago, Not all of them have broken but most and th9is way I have a few spares. but for the price there great.and when I say broke its the little plastic arm inside that holds the door closed that brakes not the hinge itself. When they brake the cabinet doors don't stay all the way closed, it leaves the do0r open about an inch. 4
