    Great Cheap Electric ScrewdriverIt is a $20.00 Electric Screwdriver. It's very slow.. I carry it everywhere I go, I use it to remove cover plates from electric racks of equipment and it's perfect for that. It has enough torque to break screws loose, a little light so I can see the screw head without having to hold a flashlight at the same time. For the money, I don't think you can beat it. I have been using it daily for about a year. Probably one of the coolest features is the charger... I Lost mine, and it turns out you can use your cell phone charger to charge it. Battery lasts VERY well. if this one broke, yes I would buy another one. I don't have to worry about people stealing it, or me dropping it.. if you are buying this for your primary Drill... stop. If you are wanting a small handy electric screwdriver, this is perfect. just a little slow is all. 5Great Little Screwdriver!I went on a quest last year to find the right screwdriver after getting tired of doing everything by hand. I do a lot of DIY stuff at home and I also work as a landlord, so I needed something that was easy to transport to different properties (no screwbits getting lost, etc.). I'm also a pretty tiny woman at just over 100 pounds, so I needed something small and light-weight. Many small screwdrivers list themselves as being "for women" and are pink, which really turns me off. I don't need something pink. I need something that will WORK.I ordered this screwdriver last year and have been immensely happy with it. It has a light that turns on where you're drilling whenever the trigger is held down just a little bit (it starts shining before drilling). It also has a magnetic strip on the top that holds whichever bit you're not using, so I keep one bit in and the other on top at all times. Whenever I transport it with me to a rental property, there are no boxes or kits I need to take with me. Just the screwdriver. It has a reverse ability just above the trigger that you can press in on one side to reverse the direction of the drilling, or press in on the other side to turn it back. You can also leave it in the middle of the two to essentially keep it "off", even if it's charged. Speaking of charging, the screwdriver worked right out of the box, and I haven't needed to charge it yet (it's been 10 months since I bought it).I love this little screwdriver. It does everything I need it to. I love this thing so much that I've bought two more since to give as gifts; the only two times I've used Amazon's "Buy It Again" button was for this. The two people I've bought it for were adult men with much larger hands than mine, and from what I've heard, it's the perfect size for them as well, so don't let it dissuade you that it's smaller than most. If you're looking for a lightweight screwdriver that holds a charge exceptionally well, don't hesitate to add this to your cart! 5I would totally love this little driver if not for the direction switchI would totally love this little driver if not for the direction switch. For some reason it is difficult to engage clockwise operation; counter-clockwise has no such problems. It's a real nuisance, removing screws is easy as can be but putting them is frustrating, because it stops working every few seconds and pressure on the right side of the slide switch to re-engage. Otherwise it has plenty of torque and battery life, but the switch flaw is big. It was a minor nuisance initially (10 months ago), but seems to be worsening and at this rate it will soon be unusable. 2Astonishingly good.Out of everything I've ever bought on Amazon, this is the single finest product. I'm astonished.When I got it out of the package it came in, my heart sank. It's so small, I thought, it'll never handle the kind of work I'm planning on doing round here. I also had to buy some new screw tips for it, and that annoyed me a tad.I totally underestimated this little bugger, tho. I've had this screw gun for about 6 months now. It's been at my side in pretty much daily use the entire time, and I have never-- get this-- NEVER-- had to charge it. Not once. It's going as strong as the day I got it. I just drilled a bunch of holes in my deck with it. It's not supposed to drill things, I don't think, but I figured "why not" so I drilled some holes. Still don't need to charge it.I left it outside on a rainy day once (don't try this at home kids), and it got a tad waterlogged. I let it dry for an hour or two, and went back to work. Good as new.I imagine someday I'll need to attach it to its little USB plug and give it a bit of juice......Someday. 5Fixed, but disappointed with initial performanceUpdate: Dec 2016 - I decided to take it apart to see if I could fix it. I did! The trigger has two metal spades that make the connection for both the light and drill power. One of the spades was bent out of shape. I adjusted both spades and made both of their connections much more positive. So far it works with every trigger pull.Update: Nov 2016 - This drill is garbage. I've now had it 11 months and the trigger rarely works the first time you push it. It can take 3-4-5 pushes before it starts, and then it often quits and I have to do it all again. I so wish I had not purchased this drill. And, I really wanted something small like this that works.Initial Review:It has sufficient power for what I want to use it for. My only concern is the trigger is touchy. Sometimes I have to push a couple of times before it stars. If I'm pushing too hard with the bit it is very hard to get it to go. I've experimented a bit and it may to do with the sliding switch for reverse, neutral, and forward. Overall not the quality I expected. 1and I especially like that it recharges from any USB chargerIt works as advertised, and I especially like that it recharges from any USB charger. It is single-speed (forward and reverse) so doesn't run slow enough to allow precise tightening of screws into wood. I have to stop it short of what I want then use a regular screwdriver to finish the job. It seems well made and I expect it to last for years. 4Solid, well-built, excellent buyI'm very pleased with this purchase. I am disabled and can't use anything large and heavy, but I still like to do a little bit for myself when I can. I bought this screwdriver so I can do a few small repairs and such around my house. I couldn't be happier with this small but well-built screwdriver. It is hefty enough to feel solid in my hand and to do the job, but it is not too heavy for me to hold up, and I can use it easily. The first time I used it, I forgot to plug it in until the night before, so it had only charged about 12 hours. I was a little concerned that wouldn't be enough, but it did great. I replaced about 20 outlet covers and light switch plates, some of which had four to six screws, and it never slowed down or ran out of juice. I can definitely recommend this for anyone who doesn't need to build a house or a paddock fence or something. :-) 4I love the USB chargerPros: Very compact. It appears too small for your hand until you hold it, then it fits well. Heel is wide enough for comfort while applying pressure to screw. Lots of torque, more than you expect for its size. Handy light to illuminate work. I love the USB charger. I have a bunch of left over phone chargers all over to use.Cons: If you are used to using a power drill for driving screws it feels weird. First it is s.l.o.w. This of course is due to the gearing which gives it its torque. And for someone who has not done of lot of mechanical/construction work will appreciate it not getting away from you. After using it awhile the speed felt reasonable. I'm not doing any type of production work now though. Also something I miss from the drill is the torque clutch. I miss just pulling the trigger til it slips but the slow speed makes it easy to draw it up snug. All of these are more than made up for by the fact it doesn't weigh a quarter of what a drill and battery do.One minor complaint. It comes with 2 small bits and has a groove on top with a magnet to hold them in reserve. The magnet only holds one of them securely. Throw them away and get the 2" long bits and one fits snug and secure in the back and one in the chuck. 5It s a great little screwdriver!I was looking for an inexpensive battery powered screwdriver just to have around the house. When you have more than a few screws to put in and don t want to use a manual screwdriver and a drill or impact driver would be overkill, this is the tool you ll want to have handy in a drawer.I charged the tool as soon as I received it in the mail which was a couple months ago, and there is no indication this little driver is going to slow down anytime soon. I bought the cutter for it and spent 20 minutes in the garage cutting down think cardboard boxes and this screwdriver easily got the job done faster than if I used a utility knife and I still haven t charged it since receiving it!This thing was something like $10-14, so if you re looking for a small battery poward screwdriver for occasional light wook, look no further. 5Love this drillLove this drill!!! I'm a 26yo woman who is handier than her husband and i happen to have carpet tunnel. So i wanted something light that would still allow me to do the things around the house that I needed too (hang curtain rods, assemble furniture, hang shelving, etc) and it does exactly what i need. And the micro usb charger is very convenient. There's also a magnet on the top to hold extra bits and heads. Would definitely recommend. 5
