    the FRONT of the plug needs to be shown on the Amazon website It is a 2 prong plug.Had to return-picture doesnt show itt 1Works for LDX172 I ordered this for my LDX172 old version and i was worried that maybe it wouldn't work. This charger worked perfectly for my LDX172. I charged it fully and now I can use it again! The shipping was on point and packaging was acceptable. 5Two Stars Did not have correct connection. Could not use. My drill says type 1 and the charger says type 2. 2Exact This was the exact charging cord I needed and it works perfectly with my drill. 5Does work for model LDX172!! After reading a few reviews and conflicting information about the compatibility of the adapter this does work for model LDX172. 5Nice charger Wrong charger for my black decker cordless drill therefore I am unable to use it. 3GReat replacement cord and charger to have on hand. My husband always tells me, "If you need one, you need two." He is right. I have a Black and Decker LPS7000 drill and of course the charger cord is constantly being misplaced. After a week of not being able to charge my drill, I broke down and ordered this replacement cord and charger. I have to say it was like magic. I found mine about four minutes after I pushed the key to purchase this one! It was worth the money just because I know I only found my cord because I had ordered this one. Don't tell me that I am the only one where this type of thing is just typical everyday living!I am glad to have the extra and I put it away in a safe place...too safe because I can't remember where. Maybe I should order another one so I can find it. 5Not as described This is not a 7.2v charger, it is a power supply for a 10v item. 1Inexpensive and worked perfectly - no complaints! This was exactly what I needed - I found a discounted LDX172C drill for $10 at my local hardware store - even after buying this charger I came in well under retail for everything combined. It's OEM, so no worries about it fitting or working. Charged my drill right up in time for a couple of projects I had waiting around.Inexpensive and worked perfectly - no complaints! 5Bad faith replacement. This is not a charger for a 7.2v item as listed. If there even was a way to plug it into a 7.2v item this 10v charger would fry it. Buyer beware. 1
