    The transformers are so large that they do not fit nicely on the inside of the charge station Does not work well for Chrome books! The power cords for all my chrome books are AC cables that go to the transformers that then go to the smaller cables that plug into the device to charge. The transformers are so large that they do not fit nicely on the inside of the charge station. I could only fit 6 chrome books on each of the charging stations unless I wanted all the transformers hanging out the back and a jungle of cords hanging out the back. As a classroom teacher spending hours on adapting this EXPENSIVE piece of plastic with a built in power strip was a frustrating use of my time. Once I got the units adapted to fit my needs, they serve their purpose. However, I wouldn't recommend the units for chrome book storage and organization. I should have bought milk crates and gone that route. I could have made storage units in less time and more cost effectively, too! 3Great option for people looking for a smaller sized locker that's padlocked and somewhat customizable. Really happy I purchased this. it's so hard to find a charging storage locker that a) isn't huge and very very expensive and b) is padlockable. it's irritating that there's many out there with a key lock, which means it prohibits multiple people from having access since only 1 person has the key.I don't get the sense that this product is flimsy. Ok, yes I guess if the front door had some huge stress or impact, it could blow open. But in my setting, I don't think that will happen. I have a lot of accessories that need to be locked too, so having the option to remove the slots and remove everything unnecessary was really handy. I like how the power outlet slots into the two slots in the back for security. 5Love love love this product Love love love this product! We recently purchased 8 iPads for the classroom and were faced with the dilemma of how to charge all 8 at the same time. This product is absolutely fantastic! It hides the cords well inside for an extremely neat appearance on the outside. I was also able to use durable kid proof cases with my iPads and they were still all able to be stored in each of the slots. A very cost effective solution to the pricey similar storage case that was available at the Apple Store for considerably more money 5this is actually the best option I could find online The price for basically a plastic bin is just nuts to me...but, this is actually the best option I could find online, anywhere. The biggest problem is the lack of space in the basin for cords. If you had several iPads to house, it'd probably be great. But anything else with a thicker power cord (like Chromebooks), you can only fit about 3-4 cinched up cords in the basin. In my classroom, I have 8 Chromebooks in mine, with all of the power cords hanging out of the back, which pretty much defeats the purpose. It shouldn't be complicated to raise the slots to increase the basin size, so it's a pretty poor design. My co-teacher is getting by with a dish rack on top of a plastic storage bin for pennies on the dollar. 2It's a wonderful product. However It's a wonderful product. However, I had to spend time on two phone calls and they still didn't understand my questions about assembly. In the end, my husband noticed that the diagram said to push to the left and it should have shown to push back (or the other way around, can't remember). Anyway, I call back a third time and suggested they not only change their instructions (pictures only) but add a few comments to help. 4Perfect! I have a miss matched set of Chromebooks ... Perfect! I have a miss matched set of Chromebooks in my classroom and this works perfecly to organize them! I have 11" to 14" stored in these. Worked so great I purchased two!Although the HP Chromebook 14 - New Version (Ocean... fits, it does hang over the edge. This Chromebook is thin enough to fit in the slot. I have the HP Thinkpad Chromebook (heavy duty version) and it does not fit. The smallest Chromebook in my set is the Acer 11", which obviously fits great. I also have the Samsung and Asus 13" Chromebooks, and these fit nicely as well. 5A huge classroom helper! I'm very thankful that Belkin created this station. My classroom has 13 Chromebooks and counting! It houses all 10 Chromebooks comfortably and allows the cords to be tucked away underneath and plugged in the back. My classroom has a limited amount of electrical outlets so the surge protector in the back is a huge help instead of having 10 plugs dangling from the wall! The kids can easily plug the corresponding cord into the correct Chromebook because it's numbered. That's a major deal too! My last organizational attempt, velcro-ing the chargers to a bookcase, was a complete fail.What's even better is I purchased it from the Warehouse Deals so it was cheaper because the box was damaged. Whenever I see another on sale because of damaged package, I buy it! 5Great little unit I bought this for the classroom. We have a set of ipads and needed a way to store and charge them. That is exactly what this does and nothing more. It keeps everything neat, clean and organized. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that there was no way to lock the top to the bottom. I felt that in the classroom this might one day present a problem with little kids. 4Not quite a five star because there isn't enough space ... Not quite a five star because there isn't enough space to store the wires for 10 tablets. And be prepared, I was shocked at how large this was when it arrived. However, even with the large size, still not enough space for wires from 10 devices. Also, this is simply two pieces of plastic, so I think for these type of electronic storage devices, we are all getting price gouged. But no matter what I looked at, all the storage devices were expensive!! So I bought this one as it was a more reasonable price. 4Let me say this is a nice unit, I'd give it a 5 if it ... Let me say this is a nice unit, I'd give it a 5 if it hid the wall warts and surge protection. The surge protector, and wall warts are out in the open on the back of the unit. The USB cables run internally through the unit. It does a good job of hiding the USB cables, and it is a nice set up over all. I'd still recommend this unit but would've preferred the wall warts and surge protection be stored interally. 4
