    Maybe I just got the one built on Friday but would not recommend. Only lasted about 6 months. At first worked well but now seems to have a connection issue. Can still use mic but not earpiece. Per Amazon no warranty information must contact company and when I try and pull up website I am warned not to open???? Maybe I just got the one built on Friday but would not recommend. 2Sounds great, picks up well, and affordable. Excellent product for the price. Sound is way better than the Motorola Brand covert headset. Microphone picks up well. Dispatch has advised me I sound audible and distinct when I am speaking to them over the radio! Purchase the additional earpieces! 5Wish it had quick disconnect. Good quality earpiece. The sound from the earpiece is clear and it's comfortable to wear. The wires are thick and sturdy and have plenty of length to attach to a ballistic vest. The piece that attaches to the radio clips on securely and never popped off when I didn't want it to. My only complaint about this earpiece is that the cable does not have a quick disconnect. This makes it difficult to use if you are in a uniform. The product description doesn't advertise a quick disconnect so I can't fault the product for not having it, it's more my fault for not checking. If you're using it in a fashion that you don't need to disconnect the cable from your radio then this is still a good set up. 4Did not last. So far, so good. I use this product daily during patrol work. The mic has endured pouring rain on several occasions and so far its still working. Sound quality is nice and the price is great. I am hoping it makes it over a year, unlike several other brands I have tried.Well it did not make it a year. The mic works great but the speaker is now very muffled and inaudible at times. Sometimes it starts working again, but others it does not. I would consider purchasing a higher quality model if you will be using it daily. I ve been using it for about a week. I ve used it outdoors the entire time...high desert environment...no complaints. 4Kinda funny when your conversations inadvertently go out over Channel 1. Also not acceptable. not durable at all, after about a month of use, it would key up for no reason. Not cool to have private conversations go out over the primary police channel. 1Dont Buy!!!!! Returned immediately. I the connector did not make a full connection to my radio which cause low volume. If you hold it a certain way it would work for a minute. Very disappointed!!!! 1Needs improvement. I love using ear pieces, and this will be my third one in an 11 year career. This one is very bulky. The Mic is rather large to place under your shirt. Two wires lead from the Mic and ear pieces to the adaptor. This also is an issue. Within a few months the connector to the radio broke which w ont allow it to be attached. For the price and the length of use is ok however I paid the same for my last one and it lasted three times as long. Ear piece also has static in it when communicating or transmitting. 2Has held up for over a year now (police use) This ear piece has lasted the longest out of all the others. I use it for work as a Police Officer. Anyone who buys them for work probably knows how cheap these are made. This one has lasted for me for a little over a year now. 5
