They work well enough but the one complaint we have had over and over from our members is that the second wire to the PTT is too short so you can't run it down your sleeve which is one of the more important features of a "surveillance style" earpiece. 3Not worth it The earpiece does not stay on your ear. Its very bassy and not clear audio. And people can not hear you on the Ptt. They said it sounds like your in a long deep tunnel doing screamo and you just cant hear 1
