    Great tangle free cord!A little short but serves its purpose!A little short but it works great. I am an Executive Assistant and was getting frustrated with my cord always getting tangled. I use my phone 80% of the time to make and answer calls. So I figured I would get this affordable and useful handset cord. Very important for my job and it makes me more productive and more efficient with not constantly having to fix a cord. 5"6 feet"... if stretched taught by 2 semi-trucks pulling it.It's a good cord, feels solid, plugs in well. Just be aware of the length. Whatever the "uncoiled" length states, divide that by at least 2 or 3 to get the true, practical stretched length. This 6 foot cord comfortably stretches to about 2 1/2 feet without starting to pull things around on the desk. 4Great cord if you dont have to move away from your phonePerfect for people that do not need to walk away from their phone. My wife keeps uses this short cord on her business phone at her desk. She never has to move more than 3 ft around the desk so this works perfectly for her. Does not get super tangled like longer cords. 4It is a phone handset cord that not only works but is the length I wantI would have rather found one of those swivel connectors that worked, but I never did, they call cause static or cut outs. At this prices when my phone cord gets two twisted I just replace it. On their own, the cords work great and are of the nice short length which is getting hard to find 5Shorter the better, doesn't get tangled as much as longer cordsThis is a short cord, the coiled length is probably just under a foot. Works great and because of the shorter length it doesn't get tangled like longer cords. Recommended for those that will speak close to the base unit. 5This cheap solution fit the bill just perfect. Perhaps they meant uncoiled (which also doesn't seem 6') or maybe I'm missing something. I got it to replace the cord on a fax machine phone and it's exactly the same. It's in the recycle box now. Glad it wasn't expensive! 2Comfortable cord collapses as I had hoped it wouldI know I'm a dinosaur using a "land line" which is actually cable/VOIP, but my 25 year old corded phone with a lit screen is still working so well, it's worth a small investment in this cord to have a good expandable cord. I've had a 12' ft one and it got so tangled up, it was a nightmare. (I would have to hang it out my apartment balcony window and when fully extended, it went down two stories proving it had lasted too long to be workable). Some people have commented that this doesn't extend as long as they thought, but for me, it easily expands without straining (me or the cord) the 3' to 4' I want and returns to its' shape right away. When I need to walk away from my desk, I switch to my portable one. The shipping conformed perfectly to what was estimated and the packing was good. If this eventually wears out, as all things do, and this is still available, I would reorder this again. 5Not Long EnoughI guess I needed a longer cord. It didn't extend to 6 feet comfortably. Indeed, anything beyond arm's length pulled the phone of its stand. Also it doesn't have the heft and drape of the handset cords that came with our NEC phones - this one feels light and is much more susceptible to kinking. In the end I put this on the shelf for a spare and ordered a replacement cord from our local NEC representatives - for the same price. 2Good cord. Too short.This is my fault. I thought that a 6 ft. cord would be the normal length. Since the cord is curled (of course!) it is more like 3 ft. or less. It doesn't reach from the wall to my desk/chair very well (about 3 ft). Only buy this length if your phone is on the desk in front of you. Otherwise works well. 4
