We received the baffles on time, well packaged, so all I had to do was to remove the old ones and install the new ones (on a 12 ft ceiling). This was actually easy (I used the appropriate A ladder) and we both like the end result.They are of a good quality and the price was reasonable. 5Four StarsLike the product, the packaging was too flimsy, and the product was slightly damaged. 4Advertise the real colorThis is NOWHERE close to a copper color. 1Not Copper at allThese aren't even remotely copper.
