    You can't beat the price and ease of installationVery easy to install and program and almost unnoticeable on either a double hung or casement type window. Expected battery life is in excess of 5 years. A well made professional looking product. Save a bundle and do it yourself! 5Excellent price and they sync perfectly with the ADT-provided L7000Excellent price and they sync perfectly with the ADT-provided L7000 . No need to call them and you can install yourself unless you have Pulse. They have to manually add the sensors in that case for them to show up in the app. The home unit however recognizes them just fine and you can bypass any extra installation costs by doing it yourself. Pretty easy and worked the first time around. Much smaller and with LED indicators these are a breeze to configure in the right spot. Only downside... cost twice as much as the 5815. 5Finally got it just rightPowering up shows leds that help with the installation and setup process and it works exactly as desired. I've used this Honeywell series for many years, this sensor seems just right. Low profile design doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. 5Pretty unobtrusive form factor. Can hardly see them on our white vinyl windows.Had no problem programming several of these into my Vista 20p system. I like that it uses the CR3032 battery instead of the 1/2 AA some of my old sensors use. Time will tell how long batteries are going to last, but it's easy and cheap to buy the CR3032 in bulk here on Amazon. 5
