    Sturdy and work Made an outdoor table for events. These hinges are easy to install and use. One bit of advise, two locking hinges on each leg is a bit much. Makes it more difficult to close. I would have put a non locking hinge on one side. If you need locking hinges these are great. 5cannot recommend for dynamic loading scenarios Used it to build a folding bed in my van home/RV. One has failed already, cannot recommend for dynamic loading scenarios. 3OK for some people THey are easy to install. I used them to make a folding work table with 2x4's. They do lock open but have around.25" play in them. They do stay open tho. I would send them back but they work OK and dont want to remove them. 2Way too tight. The hinges i received did NOT work. I had to modify them to make them work. Way too tight. 2Install the brackets first otherwise you'll think they don't work (then they work stellar!) After having brass brackets on a table with folding legs that kept breaking, I went on a hunt for something much more stable and built to last. Don't let these fool you as they did myself as I wanted to test them out before actually installing and they wouldn't budge. I thought for sure we were sent brackets that didn't work. It wasn't until asking that I realized they MUST be installed before they actually work as advertised. They are a bit stiff, but I prefer this so the legs don't fall open during transit. The original plan was to only replace the broken brass bracket, but I like these so much I'm going to use them on the other 3 legs and for future projects. I would definitely recommend these vs. ones you might be able to purchase from a local wood supply store as they are built much, much better. 5Just what I needed. I'm using these on a fold down workbench in my garage. They're perfect. the legs lock when they are down, and stay up without locking in the folded position. Could not be happier. 5Not for steady table Put these on all four legs of a wooden table and there was give in the locked position. The plastic cover on the lever end for release came off of one of them. Could work if only used on two legs when table is secured to a wall or something more stable, but I wouldn't recommend it for all four legs. 3Five Stars great quality, works smoothly and securely, comes with mounting screws as well. I would recommend this product to anyone! 5Great product! Worked like a charm. Built a collapsible Lego table for my grandson. Just be sure to push the unlock tabs before folding. Some people complained about the screws, the ones that came with my order were fine. 5Couldn't have asked for a better locking hinge! These brackets are awesome - and SOLID. I used them on a portable deck/platform with 12" legs, and they do not disappoint. The hinge is very snug which makes for a smooth folding action. The hing allows the legs to fold flat against the deck, and when opening the leg, there is an audible latching sound, to let you know it's now locked in the open position. The lock is very secure, and the button to unlock the "opened" joint works beautifully. 5
