    3M Full Brim Hard Hat H-808V + 3M Hard Hat Suspension Replacementcame with the (3M Hard Hat Suspension Replacement, 4-point Ratchet Standard H-700-RS4 (Pack of 1) witch is $7.18 by itself. So really your getting a hat for $9 Great Deal !!5ouch to heavy and does not adjust big enough to fit my head without feeling like its crushing my skull by the end of the day. It now just hangs on the wall 2No 4 point liner just a hard hat shellWell like others mine came with no ratchet liner just a hard hat. And it clearly states that it comes with one. I emailed 3m they were no help saying that it's on amazon. Disappointing to say the least. Now I either send it back or spend another 8 bucks on a liner.1Don t buy this brand As others noted it did not come with ratchet assembly. 3m customer service said they do not support items sold through Amazon. Cool. 2Great for staying cool in the summer heat 3M produces a great and affordable hardhat. The harness and ratchet system fit great and are (in my opinion) the most comfortable on the market. The addition of the vents at the top of the hardhat is an excellent feature. They are noticeably cooler than the non-vented model, but don't expect it to be like air conditioning. You can feel a breeze inside the hardhat and my best estimate is that the vents makes the temperature inside the hardhat 5-10 degrees cooler than the non-vented model. 5Sits lower than the others No headgear..no big deal order the 3m headgear, I recently ordered all the USA made vented full brim hard hats and ended up picking this one with the 3m headgear. It sits lower than all the rest.....still not as low as I'd like but better than the rest. It will protect from me from the sun which is what I'm looking for, and it seems comfortable 5They lost parts. The add showed the hard hat and the hard gear included, but when they shipped, they did not include the head gear. The bags that were suppose to contain the head gear was in the box though as if someone removed it. I had hired 2 employees and needed these for their in taking. Now I have no PPE to issue to the and we look foolish. It comes only the shell !!I bought this item and also AN EXTRA 4 point suspension ratchet which I paid $7.58 for just the EXTRA suspension ratchet on March 22 and today I have received the shell and only one suspension ratchet I'm missing the EXTRA SUSPENSION RATCHET I ordered. So if I wouldn't ordered the Extra suspension ratchet for my old hardhat, I would end up receiving only the shell of it. 1Outside 5 Star inside 2 Star. The suspension system inside feels very poorly designed. It works, yes, but it appears to sit a little higher than what I am accustomed to. It is adjustable, but not a good setup overall. Very happy wish would have found it sooner.5Great Hard Had I have worn this hard hat for about a week now to test it out in the shop before I wrote my review and I must say, it is a great hard hat for the price. The ratchet that came with it easily adjusts on the go and it sits lower on your head so it doesn't feel top heavy.
