    Nauseating cheap smell I bought these masks to help minimize in breathing in toxins and chemicals but these have a terrible bathroom airfreshner smell that is worse! Why would anyone want to breathe these fumes in instead? Unfortunately, these are useless to me bc I can t get them near my face without getting a headache. They come in a faint green color that is as artificial as the smell....both like toilet water. 1Disappointed to find that these don't work very well for ... Disappointed to find that these don't work very well for those of us who wear eyeglasses. That may be typical of dust masks in general, but since these are the first I've bought, I don't know about that. 2I was able to breathe just fine with the mask on Works as it should. I have dust allergies. I wore this mask while dusting and cleaning house. I was able to breathe just fine with the mask on. When I was done, I could breathe clearer than if I had not worn a mask. No more double dosing of allergy pills! The mask was a lifesaver! 5Only Dust Mask I'll Use! I have asthma and allergies so I have used a lot of different dust masks and these are the best available on the market.I use them while dusting, cleaning out the vacuum cleaner, changing filters in HEPA machine and any other job that may exacerbate my condition.These masks have 2 straps instead of 1 like the cheaper masks. They stay put on your face and no dust can seep through. These masks are also not as hot as other dust masks.These masks are worth every cent and can be worn multiple times before switching to a new one. 5Great Dust Protection, but can also protect against the influenza virus, including H1N1 and the Avian Flu Great disposable mask. I use these primarily for sanding, painting and yard work. Seals well and the band that secures the mask to the face is not at all uncomfortable. And although it may not be true HEPA quality, an added benefit is that these 3M Masks also meet the CDC's recommendations for filtration to help stop the spread of the influenza virus, including H1N1 and the Avian Flu. I haven't used one for these reasons, but it's nice to know I've got a supply on hand just in case (e.g., ebola outbreak 2014). 5Good Quality Mask For A Good Price This mask worked very well to keep particles away while spreading diatomaceous earth around our home. It fits nicely to both my husband and myself as it can be adjusted by pushing on the metal pieces. The one caveat, it does get hot from breath but I expected that for the price. This mask is a good enough quality to be used multiple times if stored properly. 4... head when I vacuum the house (or else sneeze like crazy for the next two hours) I am very allergic to dust and usually have to wear a tshirt tied around my head when I vacuum the house (or else sneeze like crazy for the next two hours). Decided to find a better solution. These work! However I knocked off one star because the edges are kind of sharp (not cutting your face sharp, but not very smooth) and left skinny little lines on my face where the top of the mask was. 4Better than holdin your breath! I wear one when I clean out the litter boxes. I hate the smell. Works so much better than just holding your breath! 5Just what I needed These dust masks really keep everything out. As a pregnant lady, I was bothered by my cleaning supply smells. It was just what I needed to help me breath a little easier while cleaning. 5Good quality at a great price. Protect your lungs! These masks are the same design I remember my father using 30 years ago. They work well for the price and what they are. I keep one in the house for when we scoop kitty litter so we dont inhale any litter dust. I use the others for when I'm sanding car parts in the garage. None of these little dust masks are especially comfortable, but these 3m branded ones seal well and don't pinch my face anywhere. 4
