    Key Fob Cover I was looking for a cover to go over the key fob so that when I lay the key fob in the cup holder, front console tray, or door handle cups the fob wouldn't rattle or scuff the plastic finish of the interior.These are pretty straight forward to install, it takes a little time but it is a great tight secure fit once in place. The material is a thickness that does make for an increase in the over all size of the key fob. The material is also a nice silicone that holds its place firmly in your pocket with out sliding around.Was it worth the money? A deal or dud? I would say for me, that would be a yes it was a deal. 5Bulky I was dissapointed when I discovered the cover was sensitive to pressure on the remote buttons. I kept my key in my pocket. When I sat down one of the buttons would get pressed. Either my panic alarm went off, doors would unlock or my back tail door would open. I also noticed it attracts lint. I liked the whole idea especially the color. Unfortunately this didnt work for me so I tossed them both. 2What a great silicone sleeve What a great silicone sleeve! I just lubed it up and slipped it on. It feels good to know I have protection so there are no accidents; I already have two of those. I mainly got this because I have a void in my life I fill with amazon purchases :(...... 5Manage your expectations... OK, for me, I bought these for a specific reason. It seems the key fob for my F150 is on a hair trigger. Bending over, brushing against something, or reaching in my pocket causes it to set of the alarm. Not always a problem if I am out of range, but it's happened enough to be really annoying. My hope with this cover was that it would add enough of a protective covering to make the button press harder and reduce the problem, if not eliminate it.PROS:1. The cover is a perfect fit. It adds a nice protective coating, and makes you feel that a drop will protect your key fob. You can still slide the key ring back over it, and in general it looks nice.CONS:1. It does not desensitize the buttons, which I guess is good but not for my purposes. I still got just as many false alarms.2. It is a really tight fit and I dreaded the thought of removing it when I had to change the battery.3. Makes accessing the emergency key (inside the key fob) extremely difficult. If this were an actual emergency and it was a cold day, it would be a while before you could get to that key.4. There's no hole for the status LED on the key fob, so you have no visual confirmation that remote start worked.5. The finish really likes the inside of your pocket, so much so that getting your keys out of jeans pockets can be a chore.Ultimately I took the cover off and will throw them away. While I like the idea of extra protection, I don't know how necessary it is. I am not very gentle with my keys and have rarely had a key fob break. And I like a status light for remote start. I'm not saying this isn't a great product for you. Just not for me. 3Worked Great on 2015 Ford Edge fob I lost the bottom alarm button on one of my fobs. I didn't want to spend a lot to fix it, but wanted it to look better than having a missing button cover. I found this pair (red and black) and they are perfect. I have an extra one now as I only needed one, but the price was good so what the heck, I have two. I am using the red one now and the silicone is soft and smooth and feels good in my hands. It is very visible being red. I expect it should last well but have only had it for a few days so cannot speak to that. My fob fit nicely into this cover - a perfect fit. 5and she is very happy with the look of it I got this for my Mom after she broke the back of her key fob. This was less expensive than getting the back fixed, and she is very happy with the look of it. Having two was very useful because we put the other on the spare key so they have a consistent look. The one thing to know is that it is a very snug fit, so slipping it on and off is a bit of a challenge. 5Doesn t allow the key to fold back down For my f150, which is not a push button start, it s not lining up correctly, plus I can t fold my key back down. Not sure if I missed something in the product description but it didn t work for me. 3YOU WANT AND NEED THIS Fits on keyfob perfectly, I bought two for my spare! After dropping my fob and losing the button for panic I didn t want to do anymore damage or have a janky looking keyfob, and this is the solution! I do have an LED indicator on my keyfob however with the cover being pink I can still see the color! 5Not for 2015 F150 Product does not fit remote for 2015 F150 as described, it is complete closed without the option to take out the key from the side 1Saves money and protects investment! One of the best products I have purchased!! Since I have a keyless start to my car, my keys spend most of their time in my purse and were getting scratched and beat up by all the other items I carry. I was also accidentally pressing the buttons and Inadvertently locking and unlock the door. Not to mention the astronomical cost I m saving by not having to replace a damaged key. This cover seems to have solved all of these problems!! These covers pay for themselves over and over, you won t be sorry you bought them!! 5
