They deceive you by adding up the peak power they can handle and multiplying that by the number of speakers... POLK has great products but this vendor will never get my funds again. If you return because they don't sound good they will want you to pay shipping plus a 10% fee.1Buy now!These things are awesome. When I bought, I had no idea what I would actually get because the speakers and enclosures were cheaper than the price of just the enclosures. Both boxes were brand new, unopened, not refurbished!5Great value I spent a lot of time shopping for speaker mounts for my boats 1" bimini top. Most wakeboard tower speakers need more than 1" to mount and they can also get pricey. We wanted something that would sound good while we are swimming behind the boat; and we didn't want to have it so loud as to be rude. This set turned out to be perfect. The kicker enclosures are well made and come with a variety of rubber inserts to allow for different diameter mounting poles. The speakers are some of the best 4" speakers around. As a whole, this set together is a bargain and you won't find a better price on the net. Only issue I had was the screws for the speakers are a little to wide for the holes in the mounts, so I took a drill bit and expanded them every so slightly. Great set and worth the money. I also connected a 240 watt amp to the speakers with a cut off switch so I could kill the speakers when we weren't using them.5
