I normally LOVE this brand Very unhappy with this product. I normally LOVE this brand. Ordered these for both of my daughters and put them on their phones. I have not used this design before but need full screen coverage. I watched the installation video and read the instructions and put one on each phone. First thing my kids are noticing is that this only has glue around the edges and now their touch screen does not react well in several areas. Second, on day 2 by older daughters tempered glass has a crack right through the center. I told her she must have dropped it and that is what the screen is for. She assured me she never did drop the phone. About 30 minutes later my younger daughter was sitting next to me and I literally watched as the screen cracked while she was playing a game on her phone.I am not sure why they have moved to having glue only on the edges. This seems odd to me and I feel that this is why the touch screen is not as sensitive with it on as it should be. Also it appears that the quality that I am used to with this brand is not as good with this product. Not happy at all. I would not suggest anyone purchase this style. It would be nice to get full coverage with a stronger screen and more adhesive. 1Unfortunately not so good I have it only for few days and I cannot say anything about durability . My last one from different company broke in pieces during my flight to China. This is is the reason I gave only 3 stars. Easy to clean and install.Updated 01/07/2019I installed second screen protector on my husband's phone. After few days it came out from the phone and cracked all over. It looks that it does not attach very well to the phone screen. 1It was easy to apply It was easy to apply, but within a week, my son was able to crack it and ripped it off. Luckily it came with 2, so I put that one on. I followed the directions and watched many videos just to make sure it was applied correctly. Took about a week until my son was able to just rip it off. It may have been application error, but I don't think the adhesive is great. Maybe if I had heated it up a bit then maybe I would've worked. Overall not super satisfied.**EDITED TO ADD:**Supershieldz reached out to me and sent me a new screen protector. So far, so good. They definitely believe in customer service so I"m glad they took the time to reach out to me to solve this problem. I even bought screen protectors for my daughter's tablet, and my husband's Iphone, and they are holding up well. Thanks again Supershieldz, 5 stars for sure, and would happily recommend this brand to others! 5I buy Supershieldz every time. 1st photo: what comes in the package.2nd photo: what could have been my phone screen without these protectors.This is my second time buying these protectors. Since it comes in a 2 pack, that means these have saved my phone from certain death TWICE before. They are difficult to install and it definitely takes a hot minute to get everything perfect, but it is so worth it. I have never had touch screen troubles with these on and they have never peeled up. There is a slight space between the edge of your phone and the edge of the protector, but that is so you can put a case on it.The K20 Plus has an ever so slight curve in the screen on either side. Since these protectors are completely flat, there is a tiny overlay where dirt and dust gets stuck. Not to worry, though. The protectors have black around all the edges and you can't see it until you take it off. Nothing's perfect but these are damn close.Anyway, there isn't so much as a single scratch on my actual phine screen and I've had this baby for almost 2 years. I definitely recommend these protectors. 5Perfect fit This was a little trickier to line up than another brand I have used, but the online video was super helpful. It fits perfect!!... and NO air bubbles. I didn't even need to "squeegee" any out. I don't know why other reviewers are saying it isn't sticky all the way across, cause mine was. In fact was super happy that 2 came in the pack because the first one got away from me and when it fell, it picked up a bunch of dust. No way I was going to get that off. My bad, but their good. 5Is it the phone, the screen protector, or the case? Put this on a LG K20 Plus. Fits just fine. But even in a case, with the screen protector, the screen cracked after a couple days. I don't even remember the phone getting dropped or anything. I kind of suspect the screen of the phone itself is just weak. But at least the screen protector stays adhered even on the shattered screen, and hasn't negatively impacted the functionality of the touch screen. The screen has been cracked for months, and it's not pretty, but it still works just fine. 3Much better upgrade. The last shields I purchased did not have the black border. I really like these for that reason. The LG K20 has a rounded edge on the screen so if the edges of this shield have a gap under it, it is not noticeable as it is with the clear shield. Another plus is this does cover the screen and does not interfere with the phone case/cover. I will be ordering another set to replace the clear shield. This does come with 2 shields and instructions on how to apply it. I recommend using the video the instructions reference for a simple installation. Because this shield is bigger than clear one, installation was very easy. Take your time and follow the instructions... no problems. 5Doesn't work well with a phone case If you don't have a case on your phone then this might work for you. It went on easily but when I put my case on it lifted the edges making it so I couldn't use the touch screen. Where it wasn't lifted like in the middle, the touch screen was fine. I tried numerous times to get the edge of my case over the screen protector but it didn't work. My sister also has the same phone, different case and it did the same thing. Not bad quality at all, the size just didn't work for me. I now understand why a "full coverage" screen protector isn't the best. 1Can't Remove it Without Cracking Screen Underneath This screen protector caused my phone to start acting weird after I put it on. My phone would act like I was pressing things on the screen even when I wasn't touching it. And then when I tried to take the screen protector off, the adhesive was so strong it cracked my actual screen and the top portion of the screen protector just won't come off at all. I would give this negative stars if that was possible. 1easy, breezy to put on UPDATE 7.1.18: I just dropped my phone on concrete pavers. It looked like the screen was cracked in about 40 places. I pulled the screen saver off and NADA. My phone screen was fully intact with no signs of a problem at all. There is simply no product I have ever purchased that I can give a heartier kudo to than this.(Original Post March/April 2017): Love tempered glass protectors. First thing I do when I buy new electronics. Keeps them pristine. The only time I ever had to replace a screen is when I dropped my tablet on a porcelain tile floor and the screen protector cracked. MY SCREEN DID NOT!!!! The screen was perfect. Made me a believer. I you d this brand the easiest sickest, and cleanest to install of any I have purchased. This will now be my go to brand. Cheapest and best insurance for your phone you will find. 5
