    Poor Operating System, Fraud and Confidentiality !!!First off, Amazon only gives the reviewer a choice of 5 stars to choose from. If i could i would have picked a negative 5 Star instead of a 1 Star rating.We purchased this Photo Frame as a picture album gift for my grandfather who is 90 years of age and living 600 miles away.Poor Operating System:The POS doesn't allow users to download picture files from a USB flash-drive. SUNGALE, the manufacture instructions has steps to make such a download BUT it WILL NOT copy files from a Flash-drive to internal memory.FRAUD:I called SUNGALE's Tech support and spoke with Antonio, informed him of the issue that I couldn't download picture files to the memory of a Digital Photo Frame. He called me back in 30 mins, told me he tried to do the same thing and had the same results as i did. Told me he would talk to other Techs about a software patch to fix the problem, then call me back in 24 hours. I gave him my cell number and he called me back in 23 hours. Antonio told me he was sorry and that SUNGALE had no resolution to resolve the problem of transferring picture files from USB flashdrive to internal Memory of the photo-frame. That is FRAUD and nothing less when a manufacturer of a product claims the product will do something and then it doesn't or they can't fix it. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD.Confidentiality:I gave SUNGALE my personal cell phone number to call me back. After giving them my number I received 7 calls on my phone from California phone numbers, when i answered the call, no person was on the other end. I never, repeat NEVER get anonymous calls on my cell phone and then after i give it to SUNGALE I get HARASSED with unwanted calls. SUNGALE broke customer confidentiality agreement by giving out my number to others or SUNGALE harassed me themselves. Either way SUNGALE can not be trusted with CONFIDENTIALITY. I will be reporting SUNGALE to the California BBB regarding the confidentiality of customer telephone numbers.1Decent 10" Digital Photo FrameAfter reading reviews of several 10" digital photo frames, I was concerned that none of them were any good. I took a chance and purchased the PF1025 in spite of some negative reviews indicating problems with some of the features such as transitioning, clarity and auto on-off. I have left it on 24/7 since my purchase in mid-December and it has worked flawlessly. The pictures appear to have good resolution clear across an 11' living room and it continues to transition as designed. I do have it connected into a surge protector with other electronics to help eliminate power issues as a source of problem. Unless something blows up down the road, I see no issues with this frame and would recommend it to anyone looking for a 10" frame with decent resolution.5Remote is slow to react.Don't know if the file on my Scandisc is corrupt or device is faulty. I failed to check it when it arrived and missed the return date. I will continue working with it. This is the second one I bought so I could have it in different places. First one has worked continuously and well for a long time.UpdateReloaded data and it now works fine. Changed star rating from 1 to 4.4Terrible image quality and viewing anglesI purchased two of these based off the reviews and price and they are going back! First of all, the colors are terrible and make photos look very dull. There's a very strong backlighting that overbrightens the screen that at even a slight angle, makes you feel like you're viewing photos on a fluorescent x-ray viewer. You cannot adjust any of the settings either. On top of that, if you look at it dead on, the images are sometimes too dark. Also when I'm referring to viewing angles, I'm looking at it from +-10 degrees, which is incredibly poor for any lcd display.1Doesn't last very long Worked great for about a year or so then one day I noticed it was not connected to my wifi. Tried everything but it wouldn't re connect. Talked to customer service and they instructed me on how to reset it. I got a black screen and tried multiple times to get it to go through the reset process but nothing worked. I would have expected it to last longer. I will probably buy a different brand now. 2I'd Choose Another Digital FrameIt may have been my mistake for ordering but .... the size is simply too small to see well at any distance. Also, I found that there is a small angle in which it allows clear viewing of the photos. In addition, the frame does not rotate my photos taken in 'portrait' in order to view them correctly. What is odd is that I've even taken the time to rotate the photos and save them and still many of them are not rotated properly when viewed on the frame.2It's ok, good pic quality, hard to use interface.It's an ok frame. It wants to start off showing the pics loaded to it's internal storage first, so if you use a usb flash drive, you'll have to tell it every time to play those photos (didn't see where you can change the default, and I looked)Menu seems unresponsive at times as does the remote.Once you get the pics loaded, the quality is pretty good, just don't expect much in terms of the butons or the remote.3the perfect frame for landscape photographers and the worst frame for portrait photographers.I am not wild about this frame, basically not useable for images photographed in Portrait orientation. You also cannot turn it sideways, so landscape only. I would actually say this is the perfect frame for landscape photographers and the worst frame for portrait photographers.3Presentation is lowIt was a gift, product box arrived dented at the opening, like someones fat finger was trying to get in, and it wasn't sealed properly. We had to try to fix the box and we taped the top so it didn't appear tampered with, or ghetto... these box damages did not occur during shipping because it arrived in a box with plenty of padding, and the shipping box was in better shape then the product box.I haven't heard any complaints from the recipient so it must be working okay...3I like it!I purchased this frame to replace another one that stopped working. It was fairly easy to set up.This model has a clock feature and can play music but I was only interested in the picture display. It has a 2 gig built in memory but has the option of using a memory stick or flash drive. So far it is working great. I would have given a five star except for the remote control. The instructions say to remove an isolation tab from the battery but to do so you have to get the battery compartment open. The remote is so flimsy that I broke the part off holding the battery. The remote still works but I only use it if I want to change a setting, brightness, interval time, etc.4
