    Five Starsworked well 5Excellent Boat Wire. Use for Main A/C Power. Meets ABYC StandardsIf you have a boat, you have to use this kind of wire for A/C. It has to be stranded instead of solid, because engine vibrations can damage solid wire, and it has to be tinned, to prevent corrosion in marine environments.If you are doing ANY boat wiring, be sure you know what you are doing.This is high-quality wire. Despite the rating, it is fairly flexible, and pulls easily. It also meets the 2012 ABYC (American Boat & Yacht Council) standards.Note that the 10/3 wire is rated for running 30 amp circuits from the the shore cord inlet to the main panel. You can use it for wiring your outlets, but the thickness of the wire makes wiring a two-gang outlet (four plugs) difficult. Given the vibration on a boat, I elected to go with 10/3 for the main panel power, and 12/3 for the outlets. 5Sailing vessel wire.Very good quality wire for use on my Sailing Vessel. Good price and good service from the supplier. Packaging was more than adequate for shipping. 5
