I am in the process of returning this item, I will update this review after their customer service experience. 1Look ElsewhereThis LCD comes packaged and wrapped up really nicely, but this is where the good stops.This LCD is the most poorly constructed LCD I have ever purchased, and I have purchased a lot! It is assembled from really poor quality aftermarket parts and adhesives. There is apparently no quality control as I 1. Received a nonfunctional unit 2. The controller board is barely attached to the backlight 3. The adhesive holding the backlight, diffuser, and LCD film together is crooked, not totally adhered, and in a couple places not sticking at all 4. The connectors do not fit or seat properly!The good parts, the packaging and the tape on the top of the connectors, do nothing to keep from getting a complete fail. I am disgusted at this purchase, and Amazon will be hearing from me about the manner with which they select vendors. This totally substandard, if there are any, is a joke, a waste of my time, my clients time, and money. I am so mad I could spit. 1
