    Tedious to assemble Case is interesting and secures the RasPi. Tedious to assemble, The one photo provided was helpful but vastly inadequate. Could have used another partial assembly photo or two from the back. Was not able to stack the black plastic panel on the back as shown. due to the connector standing on the video board. In the end, left that panel off completely since it would also block the micro USB power connector that plugs into the video board. To try and fit the black plastic panel on the back, carved out big section from center of panel to fit the stacked video board and RasPi. Cannot gain enough clearance to plug in the USB without breaking that part of the board. Using without the black panel which leaves plenty of space in back for various different cabling and add-on hat combinations..That said, the white cover provides a nice, attractive front for the TouchScreen and seems reasonable secure in its stand. Have not had any problems with stability while using the touch screen. Running NoMachine's NX software on it to make a remote desktop connection. Works great.Not sure I'd buy this again due to the assembly bother. 4Worked with a little modification. Had to cut the slot for the HDMI input and create a new hole for the crystal. Neither job was difficult, but doesn't look as clean. The paper that was stuck to the plastic was difficult to remove cleanly, but after all was put together, works a dream. Use it both with a Raspberry Pi, and as a second monitor/touchscreen on my laptop. 4It's really just average, but works well Evening fits exactly the way it should. No missing parts. The only issue is when assembling the stand, the acrylic snapped. Some super glue should hold it in place.3 stars because of the snapped leg and missing paper instructions. Not a fan of having to look online for that 3Meh We've all been there... " Oh, I can save a dollar buying toaster patries instead of Pop Tarts". And sometimes the savings isn't worth it.. well I have the Landzo screen and I love it... I didn't read the description well enough to see this is for wonder share. Even at that, I wouldn't suggest buying it 2Exactly what I needed Fits my Waveshare 7-inch capacitive touch LCD and RPi3 perfectly. Went together quite easily, though I needed to use needle-nose pliers to force the 4 captive nuts into their slots in the legs. Once the Pi is mounted, you can no longer swap microSD chips by hand -- there is not enough room for your fingers. The needle-nose pliers help here too. Took 3 weeks to arrive from China. 5Five Stars I love it, it looks pretty. 5it's ok, but not perfect...but hey..13 bucks.. It's ok, lack of instructions was frustrating, same for other users I see. After some digging, I found the instructions:[....] 3Works great with Waveshare's 7" touch screen This a laser-cut frame to protect the touch screen and exposed circuitry. It's not completely sealed, but is nice looking and hides most of the ugly bits. It has an added plus of an angled stand that can support the display at two different viewing angles. It is easy to assemble, but comes with no instructions. The images at the bottom of this page will show you everything you need to know regarding orientation of components and how to assemble them. [...] 4Two Stars Low quality. 2Adequate, needs some extra effort I purchased this for use with Landzo 7" screen: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01ID5BQTCFor the price, it's hard to beat, but definitely has shortcomings. Most importantly, it is supposed to work with "version B", which is what my screen is labeled as. My photo shows how the ports actually lined up. With a little Dremel work, followed by cracking off a piece and then securing with epoxy, it was functional again. I used an instructional photo posted by another user, which took a little trial and error, but ended up working out. The base took me 2 tries; there is a "correct" orientation to allow two screen viewing angles, which isn't described anywhere I could find. Ultimately, it still holds my RPi3 (most recent in 2017) without any trouble securing using the provided screws, and nothing else broke in putting it together. I'd give this 3.5 stars if half-stars were allowed, but the extra work it took to get this to fit brought it down a little. Please note that this is NOT compatible with the "official" touchscreen display- for this, check out the one with the Lego attachments.Update 9/21/17I will have to add back one star, because it seems it was not listed as compatible with the Landzo brand, only Waveshare. Apparently this should be Amazon's fault (or due to automatic product recommendation), because I found this case through a link from the touchscreen's page, but also happened due to my own oversight. Buyer beware, compatible only with screen from the same vendor, unless you want to spend some extra time with a Dremel. 4
