    I LOVE that the colors are different so everyone knows which ... I have four kids and all our old IR headphones broke over the last couple years. I wasn't going to replace them, but this summer we are going on a road trip and will be in the car for most of two days. I totally want them to chill out watching shows. These worked right out of the wrapping - they come on a hanging card, not a box - once you put two batteries in. I bought five colors - red, blue, purple, orange and pink. I LOVE that the colors are different so everyone knows which headphones are theirs. I also like that these can be plugged into their tablets/ phones with an AUX cable to use as headphones without using power. For the price, I can't think of a better set. I got five, with 2 or 3-year warranties, for about ten to twelve bucks per. Great deal. 4Works great, a few minor flaws Pros:1. Good sound2. Has volume control3. Auto shutoff helps save batteries4. Has wired option5. Fits 5 year old's head just fine6. Works with car's IR transmitter flawlessly7. Good battery lifeCons:1. Plastic cover for the battery compartment pops off very easily2. Ear pads don't stay locked in position (when closed)SummaryThis replaced the original headphones that came with the car's DVD system. They work great, have decent sound, and most importantly, fit a kid's head. It also can stretch to fit my giant adult sized watermelon head, so the headphone has a wide range. So far, it has lasted many roadtrips and as much abuse as you can think a 5 year old can dish out on headphones. The only gripe is that the battery compartment cover pops off easily, resulting in batteries being lost. This was easily fixed with some electrical tape, but annoying, nevertheless. So far battery life is pretty good; I've only changed them out once in the past 4 months.The best thing about these headphones is that you can buy a male-male audio cable and these wireless headphones can be plugged into whatever handheld gaming device your kid has. So, if they don't want to watch the DVD, they can plug the headphones into their handheld electrical device du jour and listen to that racket through their headphones. End result: the Mrs and I can listen to what we want, the kiddo can listen to what he wants. Makes for happy road trips. Although it still hasn't eliminated him asking "How much longer?" 5Works in a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica These headphones don't feel like they are the greatest quality but they do work with the overhead DVD player in the Chrysler Pacifica. For $10 I feel like they are pretty good value. We've only used them once so I'll update this post if/when they stop working to give you an idea of how long they last. The same is true for the headphones included with the DVD player but the on/off button is very touchy so I'm concerned they will get turned on by accident while being stored in the van. I wish they had made it a power switch instead of a button. 4Works great For this a replacement for the original wireless headphones that came with our van. Those my kids broke within weeks.The XO headphones are great. The main problem we had with our original set was the flap for the battery compartment got broken. With the XO you have to slide the colored piece out of the way to put the batteries in so there is no way for kids to get to them or to break that part of the headphones. XO are also much more comfortable on the ears of small kids. Plus if they dont want them on their ears you can turn them out and headphones can just rest around their neck with the volume up and they work just as well. 5A good product that could be better This is the third set of these I have purchased to replace and add to the arsenal of Wireless headphones in our 2005 Chrysler T&C. Sound is fine. The different colors we have assigned to different children so they each have their own. There is also an input jack so they can be used as regular headphones with an MP3 player or otherwise. 4 stars were given for 2 reasons.1. The pivot on these headphones is not strong. Initially there is a little click that locks them open and closed. This disappears rapidly with a little use so they tend to flop back and forth.2. Why is there a price difference (sometimes a few dollars) for different colors? It is just a plastic cover on the ends but some colors demand a price premium. Not sure why this is. 4Wonderful product and affordable I was hesitant in buying a brand that wasn t supported by my vehicle. But I ll be honest, it was cheap and had same day delivery, so I took a chance. I bought them as we need a third pair for a 12hr family road trip. My 6yr old was thrilled that she got purple head phones just for her! They fit her comfortably and had little feedback on one of the channels. We did not use the 2nd channel as the feedback was awful. I easily give this item 5 stars as it came fast, was affordable and did exactly what I needed it to do. Plus my baby got to watch an assortment of Disney movies & was so happy! 5They both worked great. Sound is good and clear After reading some reviews I ordered 2 headphones to test out for our Chrystler Town and Country Uconnect system. All I had to do was add two AAA batteries and turn them on. They both worked great. Sound is good and clear. Most people said it's not good for adults because they are small. I can see why people think that. They are small, but they adjust to your head size. Most adults are used to the headphones that wrap around your whole ear. These DO NOT wrap around your entire ears. They sit on your ears, but they still work great and the sound is very good considering the price. These will definitely be great for when we do long day trips or go out of state. As a bonus, they fold and fit into the overhead bins of Chrysler T&C/Dodge Grand Caravan bins. They fit perfect inside each of the overhead compartment and you can actually close and open without any trouble! I will definitely order more for the rest of our kids! 5As good as the OEM We have a Honda Odyssey. When my wife tested the new ear phones, she complained of hiss during silent scenes on the DVD playing. I tried the XO's (and noticed the hiss even during dialogue scenes) and then switched to the OEM earphones which had hiss at least 3-4x as loud. When comparing sound quality, my own uncalibrated ear thought the OEM's had better dynamic range, but this was way, way offset by the lower hiss compared to the OEMs (Plus the fact the OEM's sell for $130 and these sell for under $20) 4Big Disappointment! I purchased 2 of these units in hopes of replacing or adding to the two units that I had already that came with my Volvo XC90 in-car factory DVD entertainment system. My two girls love watching their movies while we travel. I purchased these particular headphones because most of the reviews were positive. To my dismay, the poor ratings were right on point. There is nothing wrong with the housing of the headphones as they seemed sturdy. The battery plate did have a lot to be desired. I could see how they could easily break while trying to open/close for battery access. My biggest issue and the reason I ended up returning them was that the volume control was HORRIBLE! I even thought maybe it was the batteries, dead wrong. The same batteries I had in the original headsets were still extremely louder and clearer than when in this new set. Very disappointed and my daughters who were so happy to have "Pink" headphones are even more so. There was no way I was going to overlook the most important feature of headphones (Sound). Don't waste your money or time. 13 weeks in. So far so good. And the best part... These were stupid easy to use. We put in batteries, turned on the car ignition (2011 Volkswagen Routan) , turned on the headphones and viola (: instant connection. We bought two. They have been dropped with no known ill effects. So far we've not had the issues noted in other reviews. Great sound and easy volume control. Very happy I didn't pay more. Best of all, my spouse and I had an uninterrupted, background-noise-free conversation in the car on account of these little electronic marvels. Totally worth it. 5
