Customer Reviews

Excellent USB 2.0 cables!Very nice USB 2.0 cable extensions. They look exactly as shown in the picture. It looks like the outside is a metal braid, but it is not, it is a soft thread type of material and the cable is very flexible, not stiff. Both male and female contacts seem to be very high quality. The overall length of these cables are not 72 inches (6 FT), they are 73 inches, so you know they are not trying to skimp on you! I'm using one of these to connect to a weather emergency radio so I can perch it high above my computer desk, I love it! If you want high quality USB 2.0 cables, these are it. Highly recommend them!53/5 of my order FIXED They work well. Five state construction. Five star performance. But I only received 3 of the 5-pack I ordered. So it gets 3 stars until this issue is resolved. Also, the cables had some white particles all over them when I opened them, but it blew off easily.Edit: I contacted the seller who promptly apologized and sent me the rest of the pack. Five-star service. 5Died after two daysUsed it to extend a charging cable. Worked for two days and then died. Tested the charging block and the USB cables, it works with a different extension cable. The other cable is for a mouse, that's working for now. There are no moving parts or chips, I have no idea how it suddenly died but it did.1Great Quality for any Extension Purpose! These cables were absolutely perfect for extending my Xbox 360 corded controllers. With our bigger living room it was a stretch and danger to the Xbox, but now these cables will help extend the life of all equipment involved and I love the fact that they are nylon braided and will be able to take all the moving around! 5Great deal, works great, great to have different colors I have a number of external HDs, USB sticks to swap, bluetooth mouse, keybd, tablets, and cell ph. I have noticed that a lot of these things actually work better off a powered USB hub than when plugged directly into the computer. These ext cables are great as my desktop and under-desk is cluttered with USB hubs, ext HDs, and other equipment and they allow me to keep some things on an adjacent table while still providing full USB functionality - love em. Great price and they shipped and arrived very quickly! 5Cable Extensions Recently a wall plug with usb charging ports was added to each room in the house. (These are a real convenience which quickly move from luxury to necessary function.). There are spaces where even the 3 meter i-cord is a tad too short. My solution has been to use these as extenders. They attach to ankar cables. The female receptor is sturdy. I ve taped, as a precaution, at the juncture of the two cables, them together using duct tape. There has been no separation or difficulties with recharging. 5The lap of luxury for charging your phoneAbsolutely perfect. List of common questions about this below:How does the cable feel/move? Very strong nylon lining but also very flexible. Still soft and smooth to the touch, pulling it through your hand quickly does not give you rope burn. Better than most standard plastic or rubber cables.Connection quality? Strong and firm USB connections. They do not slip out or become too difficult to remove. Gold plated connections ensure long lifetime.Length? Very useful! I've used 10 ft chargers in the past but they were low quality and ended up exposing wires with a short lifespan. These high quality cables not only work better, but give you the benefit of CHOICE. Fantastic for charging game controllers, or taking to a friend's house so you never need to worry about finding a plug close-by.Worth the price? Absolutely. If you're looking for a charging extension, this 2 pack is what you need to get. It will of course work for any other application, too, without a doubt, perfectly.5Exactly What I NeededI use these for everything! They're so handy to have, especially if you have charging cords with different lengths or need that extra length for corded computer accessories. I use them to add some length for my corded keyboard that's attached to my computer tower, my beside phone charging cord, my corded SteelSeries headphones, my external hard drive, my PS4 controller, etc. The colors help me differentiate which one is for which, and they're pretty durable. This is the second time purchasing them (wanted some spares, just in case).5Surprisingly beautifulInexpensive. And way prettier in person. Also, the cable has a rather unique flexibility: They feel nice and soft to the hand, and they will curve and loop just fine if you want them to, but there is a bit of stiffness that makes them prefer straight (or more gently curved) runs. I'm surprised how much of a benefit this had. First, it kept them from tangling. It also helped me run the cable where I wanted to, since they're not too limp to fish through narrow places. Finally, they look great: They don't have kinks or buckles. They run smoothly from point to point. I never realized how much my old plastic sheathed cabled sucked before.I normally wouldn't bother to review such an inexpensive item (hardly worth the time), but these are just awesome.5Good Quality for USB 2.0Perfect for extending all types of USB ports. NOTE this is USB 2.0. Most keyboards, Mice and printers use 2.0 still even though some are 3.0 now.I bought these to extend a wireless keyboard dongle to the front of a PC by my TV. I can use my PC on my TV sitting 20 feet away with no issues. These are quality built.5but so far they look fantastic! I have the 6 foot extensions (2 pack) ...I just got them today, but so far they look fantastic! I have the 6 foot extensions (2 pack) and have measured only a 2.5% voltage drop across the cables with no drop in measured amps. My previous cables experienced a 10% voltage drop a 30% drop in measured amps. So far these cables work exactly as advertised, reducing resistance for charging.Build quality seems very good. Braided nylon cables with solid connections to the plugs. I will be replacing my regular extention cables with these, and probably purchasing a few more.5USB ampmeter test comparisonThis is a comparison between this cable and the Okray cable that can be found here:This is just a quick test comparison I have made to give you an idea of the quantifiable performance of each cable that will influence charging speed.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FF0HU48/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Rankie cable: 1.6 AOkray cable: 1.6 ATopK cable: 1.2 AKeep in mind there are variables involved like cable length and wear. The Rankie was the only nonthreaded cable. This, and the fact that it was the least flexible made it feel like the bulkiest/ least flexible cable. The Okray also seemed to charge a bit faster on average.I just got the cables today so as far as longevity goes, I will try and update my review later, but so far I would recommend the Okray as they charge the fastest and the cost between the 3 cables tested per foot were similar.5DOES NOT WORKI bought these for an extension for my printer and one for my sons computer gaming stuff. The computer did not recognize them. We tried a mouse and keyboard to see if they would work and they DON'T. I do NOT recommend this item.1Work Well Look GoodI restore vintage audio. But I'm not one of those types who shuns streaming services over vinyl. I also believe although quality wires and cables (them audiophiles call them INTERCONNECTS) make a difference I'm not about to spend four figures on 3 feet of USB cables.I'm using one of these to connect my DAC to a dedicated PC I built exclusively for streaming audio. The DAC feeds my fully restored 1978 vintage amp. What surprised me was the DAC, which costs more than the original price of the 1984 B&W speakers on my system, had a flimsy plastic coated USB 'interconnect'. Swapped in this interconnect. There's no difference in the sound quality. I can't hear any more cowbells on 'Don't Fear the Reaper', and Tommy Flanagan still looses time on the 'Coltrane changes' during his solo on 'Giant Steps'. But it looks better.5
