Their tempered glass product works great and is easy to install. This product is fantastic. The directions are clear and it is easy to install. Great for protecting your screen and you hardly notice it's there. Just follow the instructions, make sure both your screen and work area are clean and as dust free as possible and apply the glass. It quickly adheres to the screen and then carefully make sure there are no air bubbles and you're good to go.I've not had any issues so far with the iPad 12.9 Pro or the iPad Mini 4. The iPad pro had a slight crack in the screen before application and so far it has saved the screen which will still likely need to be replaced in the future but good for now. (not sure if they intended it to be used that way but it did help).Do not confuse this with the HD Clear product which is inferior to the tempered glass. 5Bubbles still there This is not the first glass screen protector I have installed. The one on my iPad pro 9.7 has not one bubble in it and was easy to install. This one is a disaster. The suction cups to help line up the glass are great till you take them off. Then you get bubbles. The bubble card was missing so I used a credit card. It took a great deal of patience to get the bubbles out, but 2 small bubble are still there no matter what I try. Would not buy this again nor recommend it. PS I watched the film for instructions on Installing. 1Straightforward Installation / Fit iPad Mini 4 Product installed easily on my iPad Mini 4. Fit exactly. No remaining bubbles. Fit inside the folio case I had without disturbing the glass protector.Did however, encounter one installation "bump" - Although I didn't see any remaining dust particles after cleaning the screen with the cleaning wipe/microfiber cloth, I wiped the iPad screen with the dust removal tape, per instructions. Some of the dust removal tape adhesive stuck to my iPad screen. I removed the adhesive with some Scotch Magic Tape, re-cleaned the screen with the cleaning wipe/microfiber cloth and proceeded to installing the glass protector (skipped using the dust removal tape) without further incident.Can't comment on durability, as I just installed the product.Be sure to read all the product information. The Anti-Glare, Privacy, and Retina Shield features described in the full Product Description are available in different/separate products. I assumed those features were part of the Ballistic Glass product I ordered, but that was my fault for not reading the full product description completely/carefully. 5Very happy with this protector, worked perfectly for me! I put these type of protectors on all my phones and tablets. I always hold my breath when applying one, especially if I only have one screen within the package (like this one) and thus only one try to get it right. I put this one on my iPad Mini 4.I went for this particular screen protector from Tech Armor due to its good reviews, which seemed genuine (unlike some reviews I read for other options). It worked perfectly for me....it went on without any issues, and I actually think the surface of my tablet feels smoother to the touch now than it did before.A few suggestions for the application:1. Watch of all their videos in the link provided in the instructions. They help.2. Turn off the air conditioner and any fans. You don't want any moving air while doing this. Even a particle on the surface of the screen that is almost microscopic can create a problem.3. Even if the screen looks perfectly clean after you clean it with the wet wipe and the cloth as per their instructions, go ahead and use those sticky tabs to clean it even more. They help more than you might think.4. Go slow and line up as they suggest, starting at the home button along with the bottom edge. That provides a good base to get it perfectly placed, and even a tiny bit off can make a big difference. If you get it wrong before it fully goes on, you can still lift it and go again.Note that I did not use the buttons provided to elevate the home button because I wanted to keep the functionality of the fingerprint reader. Thus, this button is slightly recessed under the protector, but it's not a big deal.Last thing I will mention is that I did use the two handy little suction cups to hold and apply the protector, and once they were taken off I had two fairly large air bubbles underneath where they were. It took some doing to get these pushed out to the edge and removed, but perseverance paid off. (Also check their video on removing air bubbles).Overall, very happy with this protector and I do recommend it. I hope my experience helped you to some degree...I am happy to answer any questions you might have. Thanks for reading! 5Recommended with a catch This is an easy one to put on since there is no small hole for the camera lens but also two corners are not staying perfectly attached and no amount of rubbing seems to work.It is clear strong glass and easy to mount, but the lack of camera lens hole and lack of corner adhesion gets the product 4 stars rather then 5 stars. No bubbles and kit works perfect even in a house with 2 cats. The corners not sticking are where I lifted it to remove to bubbles. The bubbles were removed but the glass would not now stick to the ipad. I will use it until I get another one with a camera lens hole. This is on a mini 4 ipad while the one on my ipad pro 9.7 has a lens hole. The one on my ipad pro I needed to raise one corner to remove a bubble and it worked and re-attached with no issue and of course required a bit more work since it has a small hole for the camera lens. I can still recommend it since it is easy to place and if you do not care about the camera lens having protection rather then being open, and you can get it down with no bubbles, it is great. Maybe if you have to raise a corner, yours may re-attach. there is some flex but do not over do it as it could break but seems strong enough. 4Smooth installation, great look The main difficulty with a screen protector is not how much it protects your device from a hammer that was accidentally dropped on it, it is the installation. One spec of dust or one tiny bubble, and we all (o.k., I) go crazy. This screen protector installs very easily. The suction cups help with proper line up and avoiding fingerprints on the protector. I had to lift my screen protector up twice to get it into the perfect spot, and there was no dust getting between the screen and the protector. There were bubbles, large and small, under the suction cups but I could easily move them to the edges with my fingers. Unless you know it, you won't realize there is a protector on the screen. It has a similar gloss then the screen, and after two days I still don't see any bad smudges that need cleaning off. Great product. 5Simple, fast to install and effective Love this screen protector. Wish I had bought one for my fire tablet: clear, concise and easy to follow installation instructions. My only issue is that I can t get all the bubbles out. They are small and don t interfere with functionality. But then again, it s probably me, since I never, ever in my entire history of installing screen protectors have been able to get one on bubble free, and I have multiple devices with them. The sensitivity is great, don t even realize that there is a screen protector and it sure cuts the glare/reflection down. Thank you 5Great results and I love what's included in the package. I like tempered glass screen protectors and have done many now. Tech Armor is one of my favorite brands and I was super impressed with what came in the package. The little suction cups were so helpful for dropping the larger iPad screen protector in place, as making a miatake and having to redo isn't easy. The cloth and dust stickers are key for prepping. The stickers aren't that big but there were four of them. I was careful with my prepping and had the screen installed within just minutes. There is no trapped dust and it's aligned perfectly. I'm using my iPad now to type this and you wouldn't even know a screen protector is installed. I'll buy this brand again for sure, should I need another. 5"Warranty" & "Customer Satisfaction" are worthless terms! Buy at your own risk!!! "Warranty" and "customer satisfaction" are worthless terms. Sure they will replace it if it arrived damaged or if there was anything wrong with the order, but it will cost you $5.95 for "shipping and handling." I've used many brands of screen protectors but the reviews for Tech Armor were so good I though I'd give it a shot. Well that was a mistake! Not only was the glass about 1/10 inch smaller than the screen, the cutout for the home button didn't line up when the protector was equally centered on the screen. It was close but not dead center. On top of all this, when I lifted it to attempt to center the home button opening it cracked. Did I mention they will offer a "free" replacement, well it's free as long as you pay the $5.95 for "shipping and handling." Thanks but no thanks, that's close enough to the cost of a different brand that cut my losses and move on.Their "shipping and handling" charges are outrageous for such a small item, so I'm betting they still make money on the "free" replacement. What a scam!!Buyer beware!! Based on the other reviews I'm guessing these work great as long as nothing goes wrong, but doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose??? 1BEST SCREEN PROTECTOR EVER! This is hands down the best screen protector for your device. It's like a second skin for your ipad. It fits perfectly on my iPad mini 4 (last gen, bought in June 2017). It's crystal clear, super thin, and feels like there's no screen protector at all.Installation tip: take the time to DO IT RIGHT. Don't rush the install. Just take your time, wipe the screen perfectly clear of all debris. Use proper lighting to make sure that not even 1 dust particle is there or you will notice it. Be very careful pulling off the film from the sticky side of the screen protector as it will be static-ee and dust will want to cling to the sticky side. Make sure you're in a clean dust-free environment. Be gentle, smooth, and bingo... best screen protector ever. 5
