I chose the SUPERSHIELDZ because of its great price and good ratings I recently dropped my galaxy S4 phone,it shattered the screen but the phone still works,wanting to keep it going a little while longer,I looked into getting it repaired.Replacing the screen would of cost over one hundred dollars.the phone isn't worth that much. I decided to try covering the screen with a tempered glass screen protector.I chose the SUPERSHIELDZ because of its great price and good ratings. It worked like a charm. The instructions where great, and now I can slide my fingers over the screen without getting scratched. I plan on replacing the in the near future, and I will definitely be adding a SUPERSHIELDZ screen protector. Thanks to Amazon and SUPERSHIELDZ I'm a happy customer 5Great protection, great price, great instructions This is my second time ordering the Supershieldz 2-pack for my Galaxy S4, and I'm very satisfied with the product. The only reason that I have to buy a second order now is that, when I purchased my first 2-pack in April, I threw away one of the protectors in the pack because I had applied it imperfectly and decided I wanted to try again with the second one. (Be aware: if there is even the TINIEST SPECK OF DUST on the screen of your phone when you put on the applicator, it will make a visible dot! But there are good tools and instructions to make sure that you have all dust completely removed. More on this later.)It fits perfectly with my Caseology phone case (Galaxy S4 Case, Caseology [Daybreak Series] Slim Fit Shock Absorbent Cover [Black] [Slip Resistant] for Samsung Galaxy S4 - Black) - the half a millimeter or so of uncovered screen around the edges of the screen protector is just the right amount of space for the case to wrap around. Between the two of them my screen is 100% covered. But even if the screen protector was a little wider or I applied it slightly off-center, it's thin enough that I suspect the partially-flexible lip of the case would cover it anyway. I don't feel 100% confident that it would fit under the lip of a hard-shell case that was very snug to the screen, so check the dimensions of your phone case to make sure you have .3mm wiggle room first (maybe try to slide a leaf of paper under there).My first screen protector held up flawlessly for 4 months of fairly rough treatment - I'm a bit clumsy and I tend to drop my phone often. It finally cracked when I dropped it face-down onto concrete from ear-height; a small spiderweb crack in one corner. But I kept using it like that because the screen underneath was perfectly fine and the functionality wasn't affected in any way. Note that, like a laminated "shatterproof" glass windshield, the glass protector stays as one sheet even after it cracks. When I finally did remove that screen protector a month later, after another face-first drop and another crack, it all came off together in a single pull!Now that my new order is here, I took slightly more care in applying a protector the first time around, so now I have a spare one set aside for the next time I manage to drop my phone hard enough. There are two complete application packs included, so it'll be all ready to go when I need it. Each application pack includes the screen protector itself, a microfiber dust cloth, an isopropyl alcohol "prep pad", a "dust-absorber" sticker which you can repeatedly stick and peel off the surface of your screen to capture any lingering dust particles, and three "guide" stickers to get the protector on. The papers inside the pack guide you to the Supershieldz website, where a video guide shows you exactly how to use everything in the application pack to get the PERFECT fit. I'm a big fan of their "hinge method", where instead of trying to eyeball where the protector will go once you peel off the backing, you use the guide stickers to fix it into place and then "hinge" it up to peel off the backing without losing your spot. Perfect fit on the first try.Once you get it on, the laminated glass surface is pretty impressive. Any slight bubbles that may have formed when you were putting it on are easy to push out with just a little rubbing - I don't know what kind of adhesive they're using, but it's great! Also, since it's a rigid glass protector, there are ZERO PEELING EDGES! (I hate, hate peeling edges. I'm never going back to a flexible plastic protector.) As advertised, it's impressively resistant to scratches and fingerprints - not totally PROOF of them, but they're easy to avoid/wipe away. Since I use a swipe-pattern to unlock my phone, I used to worry that someone would be able to see the pattern in the smudges of oil I always left on the screen, but (clean) fingers leave hardly any trace at all on this bad boy, which is a real weight off my mind. And even if you do manage to leave a fingerprint or two on it, they buff away easily with a quick wipe of your sleeve. Crystal clear, too, like it's not even there. My phone has never looked better since I started using this product. (Plus, I've kept the microfiber cloth from the installation pack to use on my glasses! Nice!)Although I haven't had any manufacturing issues worth complaining about, both the papers in the pack and the documentation on their website are liberal in urging you to contact the company if you have any problems at all, so I get the feeling that they'll be pretty responsive if I need them. And if I ever need a screen protector for another product, I'll check Supershieldz first.tl;dr: Very impressed. My phone is even prettier than new and feels well protected from dropping. If you follow the instructions carefully, you can't go wrong. Can't believe such a good product is so cheap. 5Beautiful and totally scratch resistant. Fingerprints wipe off easily. Very good product and easy to install. I have 2-3 very tiny dust bubbles which I decided to not worry about. Overall the application is easy. Just be sure to thoroughly clean the phone's screen with supplied cloth and install in a dust-free area if possible. If you get a small bubble, you can lift the glass back off and reinstall. 5there was one speck of dust that made a tiny circle on an otherwise perfect application [sigh] Much easier to apply than film screen protectors. One word of caution: USE the little dust catcher provided. I thought I had it clean as a whistle so I didn't use the dust catcher. Alas, there was one speck of dust that made a tiny circle on an otherwise perfect application [sigh]. Fits the S4 perfectly, and it really doesn't seem to smudge as much as film. Very pleased indeed. 5Easiest screen install ever ! I purchased Supershieldz's for my Samsung Galaxy S4 in October 2018. It sat in my office drawer for almost a year, sweating the installation process, because of the many other product fails I had in the past with screen protectors. I finally got the courage and tape to do battle with the dust and alignment process. This was not the case with Supershieldz's. I watched the company video prior to starting the process and was pleasantly surprised. The process was the very best I ve seen and it took maybe 10 minutes to completely change out screens. I was so amazed, I just had to write this delayed review and say thank you to Supershieldz s. I would highly recommend this Amazon vendor and their products. 5Easy to install Durable I dropped my phone and cracked my old cover that was like this one. The old one i had was not made anymore so I tried this one. Super easy to install. My phone was new with no scratches so it installed well. I have installed more then a few of these so know few tricks. One is that if there is any scratch or ding in your screen these covers will create a bubble effect around the crack. The critical thing on these is perfect clean screen. I wear rubber gloves to keep any skin or oils from my hand from getting on the screen. The key is to line up perfect before you start to drop. I used the push button on the bottom of the phone to help line things up, along with the speakers and camera at the top. If you cover your camera or speaker you need to pull off and try again.This screen has one strange thing that the last one did not. It is very slick. No other way to say it. If you slide it across a counter or table it will slide easily like a puck on ice. I played around sliding it, and I think that caused a few scratches. Bottom line is be careful if you throw it anywhere face down cause it might slide off where you put it. I am guessing maybe this sliding effect is part of what makes it strong.I have used these type of protectors for many years and have never had a phone screen break, even after some pretty bad drops. The protectors break and I freak out, but once i pull off the protector the screen under is fine. I hate all the big bulky protectors cases like otter. These add protection but keep your phone small and easily slid in and out of your pockets.Price seemed fair to me also. 5Works well. I love this product. My cell phone accidentally fell out of my pocket onto a gravel drive. There was a hairline crack in the glass shield, but NO damage to my cell phone screen. You saved me an expensive repair and they are so reasonable. Thank you. 5Goes on easy. One was broken in shipment though...update....THEY REPLACED IT QUICKLY This is the easiest screen protector installation I have ever done. It went on trouble free with no bubbles and was easy to get in place. I would give it a better rating but I am not sure of the durability. One of the protectors had a shattered corner when I opened the package. I am returning it for a replacement.Update. I contacted the seller and they promptly mailed a replacement. I LOVE this protector. It went on so easy and it does not smudge easily. If you do get a smudge on it, most of the time you can just rub it on your shirt or rub it with your finger and the smudge is gone. Would definitely buy again! 5Beautiful product, thought of everything! Great product, came with all the tools needed to apply it properly, mine had an alcohol pad to clean the screen with, a microfiber cloth for each screen protector (because you always lose that stupid cloth), and little stickers to help you position the cover without touching it. Went on flawlessly, looks great, can't tell I've got a screen cover on it unless you look up at the top where it has the little cutout for the ear speaker and sensors. 5Look at ALL the enclosures before you start! The only negative I could possibly have about this item is they included half-assed instructions right where I could see them when I first opened the package. I mean, you CAN install the thing using common sense (get rid of all the dust on your phone and any oil on your fingers before you start) but they should tell you, in giant, eye-catching letters, about the helpful tools that have been enclosed, and the additional instructions on their use, where you will see it BEFORE you try half-assing it.As for the product itself, it's great. Seeing smudge marks on glass gives me the fantods and this has been remarkably resistant to them. I wish I had some for my glasses! 5
