Tempered glass....yeah right What a waste of $8.00. First screen came out cracked right down the middle, so I had to toss that one. Second one shattered in my hand as I was peeling off the adhesive cover. Cut my hand pretty good too as you can see, picture was taken 10 minutes after the injury so the bleeding had pretty much stopped. It was free-flowing before. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT unless you are going to take it to your cellular store and have them install it on your phone. 1Very good and well worth the money This works great. I have gone through 6 protectors from another company and decided to use something new. This was better from the start. It was easy to install and feels nice. Only thing that was strange was that there was only one set of installation wipes with 2 screens 5Amazon & Supershieldz - Great Customer Support Though I watched the video, I had some difficulty installing the shield. Whether the shield had a blemish or it was me, I noticed a small chip on the corner. When I applied the screen, the chip became a spider web crack. Amazon had me return the shields to them and I reordered another set. Both Amazon and Supershieldz contacted me by e-mail to let me know that they are sorry for the problem. I received my reorder and installed the shields on both phones with no difficulty. Both Amazon and Supershieldz followed-up to find out how my second try went. To me both companies went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you from a satisfied customer. 5PERFECT fit for Droid Turbo (1). We have been searching for covers for our Droid Turbo (1). It has taken FOREVER to find one that fits! But this one fits perfectly. I am so thankful the search is finally over. The cover went on easily with the cloth and wipe provided. I purchased a back up set incase something happens to the screen. 5Okay Product but Excellent Customer Service. These tempered glass screen protectors are just like the ones you are able to find in the store for 4x as much for 1.Unfortunately, there were a few issues. I ordered 4 units (2 packs of 2) and I'm glad I did.One was chipped in the corner right off the bat.The second shattered as I was trying to peal the protective film off to apply.The third was successfully applied, but as I was smoothing out the bubbles, it did crack.Finally the forth went on well enough. There is a small crack on one of the sides, but I'm dealing with it for now.HOWEVER, I will give props to their customer service.I emailed them and they honored their lifetime replacement warranty.The promptly shipped me 2 new replacement packs (of 2).I will try to reapply the screen protector when the one I'm currently using wears or breaks. 3recommended: Great product good company I have used this product on my and my wife's phones for the past several years. I only had when is you lately with a defective cover and the company sent me a replacement immediately. I am sure this product has protected my phone and it's screen from shattering many times. 5How to Use the Lifetime Replacement Warranty The product worked well, fit very well with no bubbles along the edge of the screen. It sacrificed itself to a set of car keys to save the phone's glass. Now, I have spent 30 minutes on the computer searching how to contact Supershield for a replacement using the Lifetime Replacement Warranty that is so boldly proclaimed in the description of the product. There is a glaring absence of instructions how to request this replacement. If told I must have the original box and sales receipt, forget it- I do not save trash! 4Was a little too small for my Droid Turbo screen. After following the good directions, I was able to install it with only one small bubble. I'm reordering a different product. This protector doesn't fit the screen fully. It's just a fraction short on all 4 sides leaving your screen unprotected around the edges. Those edges seem to be my favorite place to get cracks so edge protection is critical for me. This is also shown as tempered glass on the package. It isn't gorilla glass. 2Great product when applied in a dust free enviorment This is a great product and I bought 2 to replace my two phones original ones. They were marked up.You need a completely dust and hair free room to put it on. Very difficult the avoid dust bubbies.Not the fault of the product, just not pet household friendly. . 4Does what it is supposed to Needed to purchase this since I was given a refurbished phone when I had issues with my Droid Turbo. Of course, the screen protector on the original phone couldn't be salvaged, and Verizon no longer carried it for my phone model. Arrived when promised, and the video was very helpful in installing the screen protector. My only issue is that despite following the directions, I still managed to get a hair trapped under the screen protector. I don't think that was the fault of the instructions, though. I think that is because I have a dog. 5
