So this is a really great shower head So this is a really great shower head, basically its the 2nd biggest you can get without having a custom setup. FYI, the biggest you can get is 16 inches I believe.Keep in mind when purchasing this, it actually feels like rain water (like outside raid) the water jets are not made to hit your body hard, they just drizzle but oh my god, it feels great. When you shampoo it removes the shampoo faster, it removes the body wash faster too. The other amazing thing about it is how my hot water seems to last forever with this shower head, I guess that because it uses less water (it's 2.5GPM) the water heater can sort of renew the hot water at pretty much the same rate it is being used up in the shower.I included installation video, hope it helps. The install was super easy took about 2 minutes :) 5make sure you buy the extension arm or it wont look like the photo the instructions clearly show a 15 inch shower arm which you would attach this to but the arm is a separate purchase. That is all fine and good, I ended up buying it after the plumbers installed it using a much shorter arm attached to the wall. The new arm arrived and now I have to get another plumber out because the pipe in the wall is not sufficient to allow a simple installation. As is... its pretty looking but I cannot say it works as I hoped until the next plumber comes out, cuts the tile and the wall, installs a new pipe fitting, patches everything and takes an additional $120.00 out of my pocket. I will update again once everything is hooked up. 3Nice style and finish. Leaks by the ball bearing. Came very well packed. Style and finish is great. I have this ceiling mounted. Unfortunately unless I angle it just right it leaks around the ball bearing where the head can be adjusted. The leak is very noticeable as it begins to drip down on the side of the head.Also, it was a bit tough to hand tighten the head. I d prefer to use a wrench to make sure it s tight but the place to tighten it is round so I can really use any tools. 3Five star pairs perfectly with Danze D481306BN Ceiling Mount Showerarm with Flange it s brush nickel. I don t understand why the company sells ably chrome shower arms? 5Works great if you have good water pressure I have been using this shower head for about 7 months now. Works great if you have good water pressure. Easy to clean, durable so far.....Strongly recommend taking it apart and increasing 4 water holes to 3/16 as water flow wasnt enough originally. I saw a previous review where water holes were incresed and that certainly helped alot. I only increased 4 and that was more then enough to give better saturation. 5High quality shower head for the price - well-worth the money. Installation took no more than 5 minutes. The shower head has a very smooth, highly polished, mirror-like chrome finish. It gives a satisfying showering experience without wasting too much water. Absolutely no leaks what-so-ever. Everybody in our family said they liked it. What else is there to say about a shower head?Update:After a few days of use, I felt the pressure of the water stream was not adequate. So, I disassembled the the shower head and found that it has a built-in mechanism that restricts the water flow as required by law. The water flow is restricted by a metallic membrane which has six small perforations that allow the water to flow through. I drilled through this membrane with a quarter inch drill bit. Now the water gushes out of the shower head with much better force and it really feels good. Alas, I may not feel quite as good when I see my next water bill! 5very thin and looks great so far I really love the look and how well its holding up 4Love it Very good quality and you definitely feel like your under a waterfall! 5Not bad. Metal stains quickly. It's decent, good water flow and pattern. It's a little on the heavy side compared to most other options in this price range and it's a bit noisy not too much but just enough for me to notice the sound of the jets as the water rushes through. It's good buy it.Update: the metal finish stains very very quickly and it is showing some rust stains. 3First defective but had just ordered another anyway. Update: 2nd had same problem. Update: third time is the charm. Love it As luck would have it, this one had a small leak through the ball at the top. But as luck would have it I had just ordered another yesterday. Just a bit of a hassle. By the way, the leak was quite noticeable.Update: Started returned on first, unfortunately, the second has the same problem.Will be returning it also.But the shower heads seem very well built and sturdy otherwise. Well packaged. My plumber is surprised. Had to finish so went with what he picked up right away. They're OK but not as large. I would rather have had the SR Sun Rise 12 inch ones.Update: Decided the one my plumber had was not near as good as this one, so I ordered another. Third time is the charm they say. AOK and loving it.I don't appreciate having to have the plumber come back a second time. $$ 5
