Compact design with a full size in mind. Like peanut butter with jelly and cereal with milk, the new iPad Pro 11 goes good with the Zagg Slimbook Go keyboard case. So what is the dilemma you ask? How to transport said iPad and case without having to use a large backpack. Here is the Solo Active Sling. First off, let me answer the most obvious question: Yes, the iPad Pro 11 with the Zagg Slimbook Go case DOES fit inside the sleeve in this sling. Barely though. It is a tight fit, but still fits. There is also a Velcro strap in place to prevent the iPad from shifting around. Honestly though, the fit is so tight, it s not even needed. The build quality is really good. It feels durable enough to throw around, and the stitchings are hidden and feel strong. It s not advertised as waterproof, but I have been caught in the rain with it. I got home with everything still bone dry inside. Granted, it wasn t a downpour. It also has a handle right at the top of the strap that I like. I feared over time it would begin to sag, seeing as I grab it forcefully many times by the handle. Not the case (no pun intended). It still looks and feels like the day I bought it. My only gripe with the shoulder strap, and it s me nitpicking, is I don t like the positioning of it at the bottom. It s not centered. That could be just my OCD talking. There are 3 pockets. The large one where the iPad goes in, and 2 other smaller ones. The large one is where the iPad sleeve portion is located as well. Even with the iPad in, you can still fit a small notepad, or even a second iPad inside. It is more roomy than you may actually think. The smaller pockets are perfect for holding chargers, keys, pens, power bricks, etc.So to wrap up, this is my favorite compact bag I ve purchased. It feels as if it was specifically made for the iPad Pro 11 with the Zagg keyboard case. Pockets are perfectly sized. I wish the shoulder strap was centered, but not a deal breaker. Some different color options would also be nice. Aside from that, I have nothing bad to say. I will be using this sling everyday until the strap falls off! 5Lots of space for those who need it. I bought this sling bag to hold my new Apple iPad Pro 11 . I like that is does securely hold my iPad, iPhone and accessories. I however don t like that instead of having 2 compartments (1 for the iPad and 1 for the accessories) it has 3 or 4. For many this will not be an issue, but for me it is, as that extra space will cause me to bring more stuff when traveling and I really am trying to pack light. I like the single shoulder strap and the padding. Looks like a great bag for many, but just not the right one for me. Keeping it until I find something that better meets my needs. 4Really great bag! This bag is a GOOD BUY.My Samsung Tab S4 fits perfectly in this bag. The pack zippers work great and the stitching looks fine. The pack is streamlined and will fit a tablet and a number of odds and ends. It's made with a 'backpacking strategy' - you can't fit the 'kitchen sink' in this bag. Backpackers understand how to pack and carry equipment - this bag is great for carrying your tablet around town along with other small accessories like power cords or a keyboard. It's not going to fit books, notebooks, thick power supplies, snacks, water, etc. It's a tablet carrier and a really good one at that. If you want to carry a bunch of other stuff - buy a backpack and load it up.Not sure what others are referring to regarding quality issues. There are some threads hanging from stitch points but I don't see these coming apart. The bag is constructed of ripstop nylon and nylon padding. Just like a backpack, you can't drag it on concrete or sharp objects without sustaining damage. If you take care of the bag, it will take care of your tablet.LOVE THE BAG! 5and then its pretty much full but thats all I need My Lenovo Yoga 700 (11.6" Laptop) fits perfectly. I carry my little laptop to work and back every day, as well as to most places I drive to in the area as in my job I never know when I may need to sign on quick. I was looking for a bag that was only big enough to hold the laptop and charger, with no extra bulk, and this fit the bill perfectly. I also wanted a single sling/strap design and something that wasn't too purse-like or hipsterish. Beggars can't always be choosers in the style department when so few options are available in these dimensions, but this fit the bill. The bag is very slim, I can take my laptop, chargers, keys, and then its pretty much full but thats all I need. You can put regular sheets of printer paper in there in the main pouch but a typical folder will be too tall and it won't zip up, so your papers will be loose and perhaps get a little crinkled but not too bad. Falls under the realm of "just fine for semi-junk paperwork you get handed for meetings or classes". The sling forms a decent handle, there is this second handle made from a single piece of nylon that sort of makes it like you have two handles and its kinda odd, I may trim that one off. Handy that the sling has a buckle release, this should make it easier to put on and off in some situations although usually just looping it over the head is fine. Nice mesh on the backside, which should help if you have to carry this for a long period of time (ie, walking around a fair or large event). Materials seem durable and the price is pretty good, this ones a winner! 5Extremely small. Too small for function. I love the bag. I love the design. I love the style. I love the durability. The first day I wore it around town, someone stopped me and asked me where I got it. I just stopped using it after 3 days because it's just too small. It's way smaller than I imagined. It does not fit a standard size piece of paper. I can't stuff a document in here to read it at home without folding it up. Don't even think about trying to stuff a folder in here. It won't fit. I wish it were an inch bigger in every direction. It would still be extremely small but be able to fit so much more.It does fit an ipad well, maybe a half size notebook, 1 pen. The horizontal zip pocket on the front is so tight that I can barely stuff my hand in to get things from the bottom of the pocket. :( 2Here is what I love about the Solo sling bag I've checked out numerous options for carrying Surface Pro 3 encased in a STM Dux protective case. The combination fits perfectly in the Solo sling bag. Here is what I love about the Solo sling bag :- it's very light- it's very well constructed- it has additional compartments that I can fit in the charger and a mouse- the backstrap can be shifted and it's very well padded- the dimensions is ideal and a perfect fit for the Surface 3 Pro. Not big, not small.- good price for such a good design/ high quality bag- looks very nice- very convenient to carry. I barely feel the weight carrying the bag with the Surface Pro 3.Very happy with this purchase. If you are considering this bag - buy it and try it out. It's worthwhile. 5Excellent iPad Pro 10.5 / (or iPad gen3 to current) sling bag w/room for extra gear I carry this bag almost daily for 12+ months now, cross-body or inside a backpack (or sometimes carabiner-ed onto another bag). The biggest negative is the pen-loops in the front pocket are too small for most tablet styluses and too short for most pens/styluses. In short they are useless for all but a mini-stylus. The bag is also completely software/spineless so if you load it fully as I do it get stretched and challenging to manipulate the zipper, but amazingly it's held up well for a cheap bag under full load. I can carry in the main compartment:- 10.5 inch iPad Pro w/keyboard hard case- styluses in hard case- Kindle Voyager- additional iPad 3 w/case (for wife/child) OR large Anker spare battery- backup mobile phoneAdditional pockets:- backup earbuds in case- spare pens- spare styluses- bag of spare USB cables- small spare Anker battery- compass- firestarter- 7 inch AA streamlight flashlight 5Yeah Baby Never though I would be strapping on a back pack this small. But the SOLO is size appropriate if you want to travel with you tablet device securely.I must admit that a bag outside of my regular back pack or briefcase was not on my wish list. However, after preparing for an up coming short travel I began looking into a nice sling bag. Honestly have had several in my shopping cart for one year. But it wasn't until the Storm Collection for my iPad launched that I pressed Check Out.I gave it a 4 Star rating because of the listed Prose and Cons.Prose:Very stylishLove the shoulder strap phone pocket made of poly (not advertised)Left or Right shoulder adjustments (not advertised)DurableAdequate paddingCons:No zipper lock design on the clasp for optional securityWould greatly appreciate having a hidden zipper compartment entry design more like a "sling back" so that no one can access from behind without me knowing 4this bag is sliming beautiful and holds so much I just got this bag, so I can t review the durability but wow.. this bag is sliming beautiful and holds so much!! I am female and hate purses and I feel this bag is unisex and can be used by everyone. The two inside sections hold my iPad (9.7 size) with a keyboard case and my leather data planner which is the same size as the iPad. There is a cushioned divider that protects Both items well.Front pocket holds my wallet, keys, and two pens ( in the provided pen holders). The other zipper section holds cash and a few cards. Shoulder strap is adjustable and cushioned well. Perfect size for me to take to office and even use as a weekend bag when my son and I go out. I highly recommend. Only thing this bag misses is a water bottle holder. That would make this the ultimate bag!! 5Perfect fit for my new Surface Pro Got this to replace my huge backpack used for lugging around my former huge 17" notebook that I replaced with a Surface Pro. This sling bag fits my pro perfectly with just enough room for a few accessories, like a travel charger, bluetooth headphones, and mobile hotspot. I use the two pen slots in the front pouch for the Surface's stylus and a real pen. For me, the middle compartment isn't terribly useful - more difficult to access with the tight opening - but I've stashed some infrequently used cables in there to have on hand if needed.I've only had it for a month, but so far it's held up well as a daily commuter. 5
