Perfect fit. Adhesive is the best I've found.These pads are very easy to cut and the ONLY product I have ever found that STICKS. I have bought so many different types of pads and rubber for the bottoms of my kitchen chairs and bar stools. Overtime, every other pad has come off, and then the sticky part gets on the floor and leaves marks. I have had these about 3 months and so far so good. We also have a tile floor in our family room basement and the couches kept sliding around when we would go to sit, and then the couch would bash into the wall. I put these pads on the bottoms of the couches as well, and it deters the slide. They still do move a little bit, but with the weight of kids jumping into a couch verses sitting down nicely, I guess I will call this a win. I thought the price was steep for some rubber and adhesive, but now that I have cut them and used them where I want, I'd buy this product again! I have tried so many different felt pads with adhesive, and spent so much money, and they don't even compare! Plus those ones you have to buy the size they offer. With this product you can cut it EXACTLY THE SIZE YOU WANT.4WARNING! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. IT IS GARBAGE I bought the 1" round grip pads and they are garbage. The adhesive is not sticky what so ever, I had to add some glue to it to stick. The grip itself is horrible. The item I put it on still moves around with little force. Also, the item I got was used and had clearly been opened prior to me receiving it. Horrible experience. I tried to return it but their return policy states that this item can not be returned. BE WARNED. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. 1How to kill a touchpad.My notebook touchpad used to be disabled by a simple click under device settings. No more, since Windows has been "upgraded and improved".And when typing, the cursor would jump all over the place by accidental touch of the touchpad.Place one of these pads over the touchpad, and voila, the problem disappears.And now I have only to wait for a new driver to become available.5Replacement Rubber Foot My laptop lost a rubber "foot" and made typing on it a bit annoying with the rocking due to the uneven footing. The price for ONE replacement foot was close to $10!! I saw this and decided to try it out by cutting a piece small enough to fit in the "pocket" where the original foot was. It works PERFECTLY!! Obviously, there's a lot more product (for a less money) than I needed, but it'll come in handy for when the other three feet fall out or for any other purpose. 5Worked way better than expected! Extremely pleased!I purchased these gripper pads back in April of 2011. We just finished building a new house and our living room has hard wood floors. We have a sofa and a love seat and both were moving all over the place and I knew would eventually scratch the wood floor. I often stretch out on the floor and then sit with my back against the sofa to watch TV. Just the weight of my upper torso leaning against the sofa pushed it backwards before we tried these gripper pads - that is how slippery the feet of the sofa were on the wood floors.Now it is July and I wanted to give some feedback for others considering these gripper pads. We purchased the 4" by 5" pads and cut them down with simple scissors to almost exactly the shape and size of the feed of our sofa and love seat. On our particular sofa and love seat each corner has a triangular shaped wooden foot and there is also a smaller round foot exactly in the middle.I have to admit, when I received the product, I was thinking there was maybe a 25% chance that it would work as advertised. I am very happy to say the product works incredibly well. After cutting them to the correct size and shape, we just pulled back the backing paper and stuck them to the feet of both the sofa and love seat (including the small round foot in the middle). As soon as we set them back on their feet, they stuck like they had been glued to the floor. They do not budge - not even a little. My kids run and jump on the sofa and love seat. I sit on the floor and lean against them. Guests come over and plop down on them. They have not moved a millimeter from where they were placed back in April.They stick so well, I was worried they may "glue" themselves to my hardwood and either not want to release or worse, leave black marks or damage the wood. This does not happen either. Last week I had to tip the sofa back so I could put a surge strip into the outlet we had installed in the floor under the sofa when we built the house (for lamps and laptop power cords!). I just grabbed the front of the sofa and lifted up. For a second the pads stuck then, with a bit of a sound kind of like packaging tape being pulled off its roll, they released and I tipped the sofa back and inspected. There were 0 marks on the floor and nothing left behind to indicate where the legs had made contact with the floor. I had my wife plug in the surge strip while I held the sofa back and then when she was done, carefully lowered it again to the floor. It is back exactly where it was and the sofa continues to stay exactly where it should be - I did not have to re-apply.Very long and winded story short, the stuff works as advertised. I am extremely pleased and had to report it to all of you because it seems as though fewer and fewer thing work the way they are advertised anymore and this product worked so well! Highly recommended!5Well have cut these down and used them in some ...Well have cut these down and used them in some interesting places - one is a small strip on the bottom of my Fender electric guitar, to keep from slipping when playing seated w/out strap. Tried a few options there that either didn't work well or last well. This appears to be doing both - been a few months now and it works & looks the same as when I applied it. Overall these are working everywhere I've applied them without issue, and they cut down really well.5Perfect for Kitchen Appliances I have a new microwave that moved almost every time I opened or closed the door. My last microwave didn't have this issue, so it was particularly annoying to me and I decided I should get something like this to help stabilize it. It was an excellent decision, not just to get these, but also the size and shape of these are truly fantastic for a microwave. I put one under each of the 4 feet and have had zero movement problems since doing so. Highly recommend these, especially if you need them to help eliminate the movement of a smaller kitchen appliance, these are truly ideal for that purpose. 5Worked great as a replacement gripThe non-skid grip on the bottom of my Scotch tape dispenser had completely disintegrated over the years. It's ancient! But I love it. they don't make it like this anymore, and I don't wanna toss it. I found these pads, and they're ALMOST perfect. ALMOST because these pads are REALLY thick. thicker than I would like. But beggars can't be choosers, and this was the best product that I could find to replace the entire pad on the bottom of my dispenser. I had to cover the entire bottom because I didn't wanna leave any sticky residue from the old. I needed to combine the two pads and cut them to the size I needed, but it worked seamlessly.Great product!5Excellent anti-slip & cushioning adhesive pad -- this affordable product has tons of different uses & is worth keeping on handThis is one of those products that will come in handy for just about everyone at some point in time. Around the house we commonly need a product that can cushion and/or give non-slip properties to some household item or appliance.These Waxman Gripper Pads are a great choice for those needs. Unlike most other brands, these are extremely affordable, and the price for two 4 inch x 5 inch sheets is an especially good value. These pads use an adhesive backing which you peel off immediately prior to usage. Easy to cut with basic household scissors, these should be cut prior to removing the white adhesive backing so that the adhesive does not gum up the scissors.The adhesive is reasonably durable for indoor usage (I cannot speak to outdoor usage) and the rubber material itself holds up very well. Even on more slippery surfaces, it does a good job of stopping unwanted slipping & sliding. The only thing these do not work great with are applications with extreme weight (in which a more dense material is more appropriate.)I also found these great for sound dampening. I have a desk that sits against the wall, and when it shakes it makes an annoyingly loud sound. I stuck a few strips of these Gripper Pads to the desk so that they sat between the desk and the wall and it did a great job of cushioning and almost completely got rid of the sound.So for a general use non-slip or padding material with an adhesive backing, these Waxman Gripper Pads are a great product and I highly recommend them.5works great, but the adhesive is too weak for larger items that get bumped a lot When they work, they work beautifully. I had a couch that was so light that a single person of moderate strength could pick it up by themselves. This couch practically slid across the room anytime it was bumped into or if you threw yourself on it at too much of an angle. These grip pads 100% solved my problem... for a while. Due to the adhesive not being strong enough, I had to replace them after a few weeks, and then again a few weeks after that, and then once those were about to fall off, I literally just had to super glue them back on because I ran out of pads.These are probably awesome for smaller items, or even for larger items that aren t as prone to being bumped. 4Effective on recliner base - never moves now I bought a Laz i boy recliner recently, it has two wooden runners as a base. The runners have 4 nylon pads on the bottom to keep from scratching a wooden floor, I guess. My recliner sits on carpeting and would slide back every time anyone would sit in it, no matter how carefully. The nylon pads have a connector that fits into a groove in the chair runner and are simple to remove if you slide a putty knife under an edge.After removing the nylon pads 4 of the 6 non slip pads that came in the package were applied to the runners slightly closer to the ends (in case it was ever necessary to reinstall the nylon pads that came with the chair). These non-slip pads are 100% effective at keeping the recliner in place. Great product, great price, don't hesitate to try this for your project. 5using it for hard drives in pc i bought a pack of these for my hard drives for anti-vibration.tl;dr: just got 'em, so we'll see.my case is a phanteks enthoo pro (forget which model) with hard drive swap trays (you screw the hdd to the tray, then slide & snap the tray into place). i needed a way to dampen the noise from my hdds, so i gave this a try. not sure how effective it is, but time will tell.i cut small pieces off of one strip & wrapped them around the inner end of each tray. the result is that the trays fit tightly once pushed into place. they aren't as loose as they were before modifying 'em. the hope is that this reduces vibrations, and, as a result, makes my drives last longer & less noisy.chances are that i'll forget that this review exists. if i don't, i'll update whether my pc is still noisy or not. for now, all i'll say is that i gave my hdds a wiggle, and each of 'em was harder to wiggle with the rubber than without.good luck out there, pc gamers. o/ 5Big Headache!My original review is below. I gave it 5 stars because it initially worked great. But after time I would find that the pads would slide off the bottom of the couch feet and leave a very sticky residue all over our hardwood floors. Every single pad ended up doing this. The residue is VERY difficult to remove from the floors. So, buyer beware. This is not an ideal product to use to keep your furniture from sliding around your floor.Original review:My review pretty much matches all the other 5-star reviews. I looked at quite a few different pads to prevent furniture from sliding around on hardwood floors and was ready to buy some for around $16.00. Not sure how I stumbled upon the Waxman 7500s... but so glad I did. I cut out 4 small pads to go under each foot of my couch, once on it was nearly impossible to budge it. Not exaggerating... it really stays put. I just ordered some more of this product to put under a new living room set I have being delivered next week. Great product!1Went from holy stick'a moley to not so sticks'a lot!!Holy Stick'A Moley!! These things don't mess around. Like the picture they come in large sticky pads that you can cut to shape. I was able to get 8 smaller squares to fit my couch legs and 4 medium ones for my coffee table. Once stuck on my furniture, they no longer slip on the hard wood floors. Seriously.....no slipping!!UPDATE: Had to demote my 5 stars to a 3. Well...we had to move our couch and these lost their grip onto our couch which cased the couch to slip off the grip and therefore no longer worked! IF we hadn't moved the couch I honestly believe these would still be working. Trying out a different product to see if this is just the hazards of owning a sectional on wood floors or not. Will update in a month or so!3DoubtfulI can't lie I ordered this product with a lot of doubt. One being that it wouldn't be enough and two of course it wouldn't work! I'm so happy to say it did work!!! Okay long story... My sister came over and sat on my couch. I have tile floors and no one really comes over so I never worry about anything moving. Well when she came over she kept pushing my loveseat further and further away from the coffee table. I noticed the chair was pushed so far away from the side table next to it and was now tip my table that was behind it over. I wasn't too happy! I didn't want to buy anything and my first thought was I had to buy a rug. She said oh just buy pads for the floors.... Couple days later, I looked them up on amazon. I found these and no where could I find how many pads came in a pack. I had a bad feeling about this so I waited and finally just bought it to see... Well I put them in over the weekend. Two pieces came in one back and you cut the pieces up to fit the size you want. I only used two small pieces per couch/loveseat. Oh my god! I jumped on my couch and no movement. So I put my feet up on the coffee table and still no movement... I purposely walked by and pushed it and again no movement... Can you tell its the little things that make me happy? Hahaha... Well this was an awesome buy and I love it... I have a full pad and maybe about half of the other left... Looking around my house to see what else needs to sit still haha...5WORKS WELL, SOME SLIPThese two 4 x 5 inch sticky pads are being used on the bottom of a spinal seat cushion that is on a leather office chair. The material of the cushion is like a soft suede. Have tried several products in attempt to prevent sliding of the cushion on the leather surface. Nothing really worked, but these pads at least (1) stick to the actual seat cushion (one side only has adhesive) and (2) the cushion doesn't move around nearly as much now. Plus, the pads themselves don't require any of that annoying rearranging such as when using rug-type gripper pads or other items. I was constantly needing to rearrange the seat cushion, rug pads or tie straps, each time using chair. Thought about using Velcro, but did not want to cause damage to leather chair or to the seat cushion if it ever required removal.Now, that's not to say these pads being reviewed keep the cushion permanently in place; there is still some movement and adjustment of cushion. It's just much easier to deal with using these.Good product.:)4non slip, but non "stick" too Bought these to protech the corners of a sharp desk. They worked great for the week they stayed in place. But then started to peel away and eventually fell off. Next I tried making sure the surface of the desk was perfectly clean before sticking them on. Same result.. Went through the whole package before long, now they are all in the trash. Whatever they use for the "stick" part of this product is not up to task. Maybe you could glue them where you needed them if you were OK with that? But I didn't want to permanently ruin the desk. Just protect my nephew till he gets a little bigger. So for me these were no good. 2
