    Identifying the pieces could be a pain (See attached image)This is really a great deal as I purchased mine for $15. Despite the fair quality of the kit. However, it is a bit painful to identify the types of each tool. I have most of them labeled (see image), if you find any mistake or know where the rest goes. Please comment. Thx! 4Awesome Value (check out the video for a closer look) I ordered this on a whim. I'd scattered all the rotary accessories I had throughout my house and I was sick of trying to find them. I liked the look of the storage box and figured at under 20 bucks what the heck. When the set arrived I was immediately impressed! Check out the video for a close up look at everything that's included and if you found it to be helpful please hit the button at the bottom of this review. 5I Love This BoxThis accessory set complements my Proxxon IB/E Professional Rotary tool quite well. For the price, you can't beat it. More pieces than I'll ever need but I'll certainly try to find more uses. Once initially opened, only a few things were displaced and nothing needed to be "glued". The first green capped container is filled with cutting discs but aren't made of metal. However, they are very sturdy and I expect will work fine on metal, wood, plastic, etc. The second green capped container is full of sandpaper discs. The third green capped container is filled with a green substance I assume is for polishing. There are five white safety caps for the sharpest pointy bits. Everything else you see is one piece. There are two phillips head (with red washer) mandrels for holding swappable discs. Naturally, there are additional mandrels for the sandpaper wheels (sanding sleeves), polishing pads, grind stones, etc. Being a novice, I found a very helpful youtube video explaining rotary tool How To basics on mandrels. See customer images. 5Defective and dangerousThese are horrible. Low quality, no quality control. The heads on the grinding tools were crooked, meaning they're going to wobble like crazy in the rotary tool. Some of these were wobbling by as much as 2-3mm! At high speed, that means they're not only NOT going to work reliably (they'll be bouncing off your work rather than grinding gradually) they're actually going to be dangerous, as out-of-center bits running at high speed are much more likely to fail and send shrapnel flying everywhere. This was easily visible with the naked eye just grabbing any of the tools. Confirmed by putting even the straighter-looking ones into the tool. 1Nice Set for Light Home UseNice kit, has most things you might need for smaller home projects. I am not a woodworker nor a carpenter (hardly), but I ocasionally do some smaller home projects like finishing out a cabinet or quilt rack, picture frame, deck painting, painting lattice, or applying some polyurethane, sanding, etc, so I ordered the Wen rotary tool and this kit which came as a set for $40 which I thought was a good deal. The Wen brand has a good reputation too I think. This won't get heavy use so it is fine for my use. I may not use all the pieces but there is a big selection of tools, little drum sanders, drill bits, a lot of useful pieces so most likely these are all I will ever need. A professional woodworker or carpenter (which I am NOT) might want a higher end kit than this, but this is fine for a home hobby occasional home project doer like me LOL. I have often thought I could use a rotary tool or some little sanding project, or drill bit thingys for various projects, so now I have one. I think you have to get the right tool for the project. So, I think this set is good for light smaller projects around the house (as stated above) but for heavy use you might want a higher end set. 5Cant beat that price but quality lacks on somePrice is great for the value and variety. Looks like the picture but I warn you, these are not the same quality as the name brands eg. DremelThese are not dremel quality pieces but a lot of them come close.The sand paper bits come to a lower quality, still good in my opinion though. The stone pieces wear out easier than the better brands. The metal wood cutting pieces, wire brushes, felt buffing are unnoticeable from name brands in my opinion.Overall a great set to have if you want occasional use for random projects. Biggest negative is the stone pieces if you want a sharpeneing piece get a better brand for daily and often use. Definitely 4 stars, for quality:price ratio. 4This Kit offers a great supplement of accessoriesI purchased this with the WEN 2305 Rotary Tool Kit with Flex Shaft.This Kit offers a great supplement of accessories, including polishing compound, several diamond-burrs and enough cutting discs and sanding disks to last me a lifetime...for a very reasonable $18. A fraction of the cost of a comparable Dremmel accessory kit.I saw no problems with the diamond or alum ox grinder tips (which is all I have used so far)...seem of similar quality as Dremmel tips.The accessories are secured by friction fit into HDPE plastic lined holes to keep them from falling out, and spaced for easy insertion/removal. Everything was in place upon receipt. There is enough open spaces in the nice included wooden box to dump the extra accessories I got from the WEN rotary tool kit into it.Now, I have ALL my accessory tips and polishing supplies in one convenient organized box.The printed rectangular cardboard slip sleeve (see images) is open ended, and therefore very easy to apply or remove; this labels the box contents...so I don't forget what is inside when it is on a shelf. (Alternatively, the soft wood box outside can easily be labeled with a Sharpie if needed.) 5A must for your rotary toolThis is a great setup for many of the basic items needed for use with a Dremel/rotary tool. It has several types of grinding stones including pink, green and silicon and also has cutoff and polishing wheels. A perfect starter kit for someone buying their first rotary tool or for a gift. This would be a great addition to a person who builds models or miniatures or like myself, is spending time refinishing/restoring furniture. I have been working on refinishing some old tables that have a lot of carved details that would otherwise require painstaking work with small bits of sandpaper which with my arthritis would be quite difficult. The Dremel with these attachments have made it easy as well a much quicker process.Even though these are not brand name pieces they work just as well. 5No Bad Deal!The well criticized wooden case:Having designed my own custom 'spill-proof' Dremel case from a 10"x12"x4" aluminum tool case, I wasn't too concerned about the box included with this kit. I will report that all pieces were where they were supposed to be when I opened it. Most of the bits (mounted, canistered and loose) transferred nicely into my case. A few spares went into my bench top "DREMEL BIN". I'm sure I'll find another use for the wooden case...it's in pretty good shape; certainly worth keeping. (I did pull the plastic inserts and incorporate them into my case...that makes it just a touch nicer!)The bits:Being only an occasional Dremel user, I haven't developed an acute feel for one bit verses another. The Dremel is one of those tools that spends much more time on the shelf than being used, but when I need it, there's nothing else like it! I haven't used one of these 'cheap' bits yet, however, that didn't do what I needed it to do. Therefore, no quality complaints, thus far. (Not too sure about the fossilized polishing paste included in the kit...maybe if melted it would transfer to a buffing wheel more smoothly?)The deal:For the price, it fills in the blanks in my Dremel case nicely with pieces to spare, so, I'm happy with the purchase. For me, this will likely be a lifetime supply... and for ~$18, that's no bad deal! 5Very Good Quality - Excellent ValueWow, what a bargain! I didn't have the highest expectations for this set of rotary tool bits, as I've had mixed results with non-name brands in the past. Each of the bits I've tried, thus far, work perfectly and show no signs of wear after moderate-to-extensive use. It comes with a sensible variety of bits, to cover most jobs. Because of the low price, I don't feel bad leaving this out on the site and letting others borrow bits. Thus far, they have performed as well as the name-brand bits, but at a fraction of the price. The case is fairly good quality. I prefer a composite case, but the wooden case has since grown on me. It's managed to survive two good drops, so far, but I don't think it'll handle too many more bumps. Still, I didn't get this because of the case. Honestly, when I'm on the job, I pull a few bits I think I'll need and carry them in a pouch. As such, this is a great kit for my needs - the bits do the job, and are value priced. 5
