Found my new backpack provider! The backpack has an incredible quality and feel, I love the leather handles on the zippers which just make it easier to open. I received an extra pair of leather grips as well attached to the backpack in case those get ruined somehow. The side pocket can fit a Perrier bottle and most water bottles but it definitely won t fit large liter sports bottles. There is also some pockets that are not visible from the pictures just beneath the mesh lining inside, seemingly for notepad, pencils, pens, or even your phone. As I was looking through I also found a complimentary Vaschy shopping bag and thank you card! I am a big fan of supporting companies that are customer oriented and that value each one and this company has definitely convinced me they care. I used to get from Jansport and Herschel but for this price, it s unbeatable. I will definitely come back for all my backpack needs. I definitely suggest if you re thinking about this product, you ve got to get it. You won t reget it! 5Honestly a great product. Their company is pretty awesome too. So I have bought multiple Vaschy backpacks (some for different colors). They are very functional and get the job done. Sure they aren't the world's sturdiest backpack. But at this price point you get a GOOD backpack that fits your everyday needs and holds up farily well.IF and that's "IF" the backpack gets torn or broken for any reason, just drop them and email explaining what happened and their customer service team gets back to you within a couple of hours. They verify your order info and ship another one to you in 1-2 days.I will be a loyal Vaschy customer for their fair pricing and stellar customer service. Would recommend to family and friends! 5falling apart after a few months I liked this bag, but after a few months thread has come undone. I repaired it the first time, but the second time the thread came loose right around the zipper for the outer pocket, so the zipper pull slid all the way off! Now the outer pocket can't be closed.*edit*I changed my review from a 1 to a 4 since the company contacted me and sent a replacement very rapidly, so they do at least have great customer service. 4Bought a backpack get a backpack I thought this was gonna be a kinda cheap and crappy backpack in comparison to like a jansport or some other higher end back packs. Was totally surprised at the quality. The size of all the compartments is nice and the backpack itself is a good weight. I got the grey one and it looks real nice and clean. Although I'd probably get a jean style one if I got it again just because it seems like it would be a little sturdier. First rain and her Latin book gets totally SOAKED and destroyed!!! Not AT ALL water resistant!! Save your $$$ 1Great price and has held up for 2+ years so far. Really awesome for the price. I'm a college student and I had this with me during my last two years of college and during a trip to europe. I'm downright surprised there have been no tears yet. The leather ties on the zippers are silly and come off easily, so I just removed them. Extras are provided, though just in case. I can fit my laptop and supplies in here just fine, which I was really worried about when purchasing this. Not completely waterproof, but you could spray it with a waterproof fixative like I did and you'll be good. I mainly bought this for the size, and because I wanted to customize my backpack. 5smells like hell. awful. smells like hell... i really wonder why there are so many good reviews. my bag smelled like gasoline, which makes me think the origin/quality of the fabric is questionable. With children in my home, I returned it with no regrets. 1Ripped on the day I got it!!!! I just received this backpack two days ago and on the day I used it, it ripped. I did not even use it yet; I just put my stuff in it and the top part above the mesh ripped. I don't carry that much stuff with me either. I just have a couple of notebooks and folders and regular school stuff. I'm disappointed because I paid $30 for this backpack only for it to break on the day I received it. I can't even use another bag though because I bought this one to replace my previous bag which just broke. The bag itself is nice though. It has a lot of inside pockets, like where the mesh is. There are two pockets below the mesh and on the other side, there is another zipper pocket. It is a nice size as I can fit a 15-in laptop in it comfortably. The color is very nice but again, I am disappointed by the quality as I haven't even used it for a day before it broke. If not for this problem, I would be fully satisfied with this bag.Edit: They recently sent a replacement with their one-year warranty thing. After I reviewed and contacted the seller, they replied very quickly and immediately offered to send a new backpack without me having to send this back. The customer service is very fast and reliable!! When I replied to their email, they replied back very quickly and it shipped very fast as well! It came like a day or two after they said they sent it. Also, I have used the backpack in the rain recently and it held up nicely; the inside of my backpack was kept nice and dry. :D 5Great Backpack, Awesome Company COMFORT: 5/5. The shoulder straps are nicely padded and there is a good amount of cushioning in the lumbar area. I sometimes have to walk across campus (~15mins) but it feels very light, even with several notebooks and a laptop.DESIGN: 5/5. I'm a sucker for simplicity. I chose the all-black design because it looks so much more cleaner and it's easier to wipe off dirt. The. material seems durable as well.UTILITY: 5/5. The product title says it can fit 14in laptops but my 15in MacBook Pro with a case fits with ample room left for my tablet. The front pouch is nice and big to fit my midday snacks and a water bottle. I think my favorite is the other mesh pouch with a zipper inside the backpack. It keeps my writing utensils and portable charger pack in place.DURABILITY: 4/5. I had a minor issue with the zipper mechanism but the support reached out to me for a solution. Other than that, the backpack is well built. 5My go to EDC bag I was looking for an inexpensive EDC bag to fit some daily use type stuff. My laptop, my switch, some notebooks, etc. I wanted something very light and simple, but high quality.This bag caught my attention and I figured for the price it was worth the shot. I m very impressed with the quality of this bag.The one negative thing I found was that the leather straps you put on the zippers come off very easily. Not something I care about but be aware. 5
