    Works Great! Just plug it in! I really like this unit and the only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that my Samsung Galaxy S5 doesn't fit with the Otterbox cover (yes, it fits just fine without the cover). However, I does sit in the cradle good enough, it's just sticking up a bit. But I have this in a place where there's no threat of it being knocked down. I read some of the other reviews where they had problems installing it. Maybe it's been re-designed because all I had to do is plug it in like any other charger. I don't see any reason to remove the old face plate from the outlet. I coiled up the USB cords so they aren't hanging down and getting tangled and it works GREAT! 4Good charging station I do have to say that this is a great docking station and I'm glad we purchase it. I love the 2 usb plug ins which allows us to free up the regular plugs and I like that it has the slide out plastic holders. It keeps everything off the counters and neat. The only reason I docked one star was due to the fact that it comes out of the wall very easily. Anytime I unplug from the socket, the whole unit comes out with very little effort. I wish it had a tighter fit into the wall socket so this wouldn't keep happening. It's not a huge deal but it is a but of an annoyance when happening all the time. But worth the buy, maybe mine was just defective or too loose. 4A very short life item. To be fair, I cannot give these items an honest rating as they were gifts for my grandkids. I have heard no complaints.Update: Grandkids wanted only one of two. This item was not unpackaged and installed in my bedroom for over a month. After installation, it lasted for six days. I awoke this morning to find that there was no power in two bathrooms and one bedroom. After checking the circuit breaker panel in the garage at 6AM, I found one breaker that would not reset. After unplugging all items (this RND being the most difficult, because it was screwed into the outlet), the breaker, once again, could be reset. All GFI circuits worked perfectly. I tested this Wall Power station with a heavy duty extension cord plugged into a GFI outlet, and the GFI immediately tripped. This product failed in less than a week. Very disappointed. 1Useful and convenient, but the flip-out sections seem a bit flimsy Pros: I really like not loosing any outlets, in fact, you get a bonus 3rd outlet if you plug the unit into a standard outlet. You are able to charge 2 phones simultaneously using the USB cords. There are two clear plastic sections "wings" that fold out on each side of the plugged in unit to hold the cell phones during charging.Con: Those two plastic "wings" that fold out to hold the cell phones seem flimsy. If you are careful placing and retrieving your phone(s), it may not ever be an issue for you. But I do think they could be easily broken off the unit. 4Good but not perfect 1. Holds just about any sized smartphone2. Replaces the face plate of a regular two-plug outlet, but cannot be used on a four-plug or mixed plug/switch type outlet3. USB ports wouldn't charge our Blackberry, but work just fine for our iPhone (obviously this is an issue with the Blackberry)4. Cannot be used on GFI outlets because there is a post on the back that is designed to fit into the ground hole of the lower receptacle5. Cannot be used if outlets are installed upside-down (with the ground hole above the two remaining holes) 4Very handy to charge up to 5 devices at once. Charges two phones or tablets quickly, exactly as advertised. We use this every day at home! It easily handles two phones and two tablets, and still has room for a small block charger.A few items of note: The device does take up both sockets in a regular outlet, but provides you with three more sockets. However, the sockets are kinda close together and might not fit multiple block charges together. Also, when you also have 2 or 3 other power chargers or devices plugged into the front of the device, the cords start looking tangled.The two phone holders snap shut very tightly, and don't fit well with super-size phones like the Note 4 and iPhone 6 Plus, but they still work at an angle.I would have liked the USB jacks on the sides, so the charging cables would be more out of the way when not in use, instead of protruding out the front. But coiling them up and putting them in the phone brackets keeps them relatively well stored. 4Works well The only draw back is that the center post screw doesn't work on modern outlets that don't have this hole. So you won't be able to screw it in. It fits my receptacle fairly tightly so that it doesn't come out when I unplug USB cables, bit I do have to hold it when unplugging things from the outlets or it just pulls out of the wall.The holders are a tad flimsy but do the job so far. The middle outlet is likely to be covered up by a converter, so you're likely to only have two functional outlets. Seems like they could have been a little more clever in arranging it given how large it is.But if you can live with those limitations, it does a great job. For $20 it exceeded my expectations. I confirmed that it can charge two phones simultaneously at over 1 A each, which is as fast as our phones will charge with the stock charger. 4Clean approach to my technology charging mess Two kids and a wife and it seems we all have too many devices. We dedicated a section of our wet bar (right next to entry door, away from most visitors) to all our technology. We had been using another brand's 6 way charger that also includes 2 USB ports. After needing to buy a new charger every year (short lifespan), I wanted something different.RND Power Solutions Wall StationPros: thinner body than previous named brand wall charger. Loved the concept of flip out phone holders for charging (it was nice to clear some counter space), and the 2.1amp USB charging ports are a huge improvement over 1amp USB seen on other units.Cons: the phone flip out only likes iPhones. Larger Android phones don't fit we'll and seem like it's going to break the plastic holders. Only 3 standard charging openings is limited, plus you might only use 2 of them because of wall charger adapters larger sizes, covering up other openings.Other thoughts: if you place in kitchen and have cabinets above wall adapter, the flip out phone holders will be very challenging to sit phones in. It's almost to the point I won't touch my phone in the flip out holders unless it's critical I do so. 4Initially decent but USB stopped working after 4 months--GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! UPDATE 3/11/2014: I received a new product from the company today--totally hassle free, as advertised. The new version has a longer screw and attaches to my outlet securely. Therefore I increased my rating to 4 stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I bought this product in October, 2014, and by February, 2015, the USB outlets stopped working. I contacted the company on 2/28/15 to have it replaced under warranty--if it turns out to really be a "hassle free warranty" (as they advertise on their web site) I will update this review.One other issue: the screw that the unit came with to attach it to the outlets (where the face plate attaches) was too short and so I was not able to securely attach it to the wall. It flopped around a little, but otherwise worked well and never fell out or came out of the outlet far enough to cut power.Not perfect, but would be 3-4 stars if it didn't stop working after 4 months. It would have been 5 stars if I could have screwed it into the receptacle. 4Terrific - ultra functional I wrote the below review before I realized that the USB ports simply didn't work and the 110 plugs are VERY difficult to slide in and out. My love has turned to hate.I LOVE THIS THING!!! Turns a regular 2 outlet outlet into 3 outlets, plus 2 USB mini charging parts plus 2 fold-down phone holders. My M9 in a decent case fits easily in the holders while charging. Assuming that your outlet has the room (not 1/2 set in tile [I live in Mexico]), it's just great. The top outlet plugs in, the bottom outlet in the wall receives a plastic stub from this item in the grounding hole for support, also it includes a screw, so you can remove the cover plate on your outlet and screw this item into the center of the outlet for added support. I think that this thing is great. I want to be careful to not bust one of the phone holders, they seem like I might do that, but other than that, I don't foresee any problems. I wish I had thought of this arrangement. We have lots of neighborhood kids visit and they're always wanting to charge this or that, so it's great to have this available. SuperDuper. I guess that I've said enough. 1
