Incorrect description The picture is not what you get. Does not come with all the bits pictured and on the packaging. Also requires bits with ball bearing and recommended bit set does not fit the screwdriver. Very misleading 1Solid tool that cuts a tad short on bits The ratchet seems durable enough so far and the grip is pretty comfortable. The only down side is that the bits are not like the 11-in-1 also made by Klein, one side is a solid piece and only has two bits, not four, meaning you don't get as many bits as you would with the other tool...kind of disappointing considering it seems like it could easily have been made an 11-in-1. 4Great driver that lives in my HVAC service call pouch. I bought this tool because of the multi functions it had to offer, so fare it's performed flawlessly. I carry this and the stubby ratcheting Klein driver in my Veto TP4 service call pouch. The ratcheting change function isn't as easy to operate as my Snap-On screw driver, but it works and isn't a detractor in my opinion, it's just different from what I'm accustomed to.Recommend if your making a living with this tool, purchase some backup tips and throw them in your bag. Lost the #2 Phillips tip on the job one day, not a question of if but when.I did purchase the Schrader valve core tip and removed the small #1 Philips bit, just encase I hit a Schrader valve that doesn't want to come out. I also carry one of those Slide Drivers, but due to the diameter of it's tip it sometimes wont fit into restricted areas that this driver will. Last but not least the ratcheting function speeds the process up and everybody likes that. The Boss and Customer want us there and gone as quickly as possible. 5Ratcheting is too stff Maybe after a few years of breaking it in the ratcheting won't be so tight. Kind of useless to me as is. I like my cheap Husky ratcheting screwdriver more. 3Awesome, ratcheting works great just a bit heavy! This is an awesome ratcheting screwdriver, quality is amazing if you own Klein tools you know the difference. Checkout the pics to see the bits you get. I did what one of the other reviewers said and paired it with the HVAC driver, what a nice upgrade. Just a couple of disclaimers, first the ratcheting driver is much heavier and bulkier, second the ratcheting driver is made in China, but the hvac driver is USA. Third cost of buying two drivers. 5Nice ratchet tool however the bit selection is limited to two bits! The ratchet tool is very nice however the bit selection is limited to two bits! You can't use aftermarket bits because the Klein ratchet requires a ball bearing to keep the bit in. Magnetic bits don't work either so you're limited to the two bits that it comes with. 2My Go To Screwdriver I own several ratcheting screwdrivers and this one is hands down, the best of the lot. It's well built, solid and fits my hand perfectly. The mechanism locks in place solidly and the cushioned handle makes it easy to grip and work with for long periods of time. (I upgraded my review from a 1-star to a 3. After drowning the ratcheting mechanism with wd40, it worked a little better.)I'm a big fan of Klein tools, especially their 11-in-1. The ratcheting feature made this driver very appealing. However, considering what it's supposed to do, all I can think of are what I hate about it.Cons.1) It's a downgrade. This is only a 9-in-1, but with "heavy duty" parts. It could have been a 11-in-1, but they used a 5-in-1 bit on one side.2) It's heavy. And I mean heavy. It's 32 grams! That's 60% heavier than the 11-in-1.3) The ratchet is too tight and clunky. And this why I bought it. Unless the screw is really tight, it won't work. Finger tightening is horrible.4) If you push down on the driver too hard, the ratcheting action will actually turn the shifter, which in turn will disable the ratchet. HUGE design flaw!!!5) The shifter itself is strangely placed, and not friendly to use.6) The rubber handle is really hard. There is no give.A redeeming feature is that if the ratcheting feature ever starts working properly, the shaft is interchangeable with my 11-in-1. 3Rat-tat-tat is an excellent tool I bought this as well as one additional ratcheter.The dollar store sells a small multitool that carries its bits and some sockets in the handle. It has no ratchet action. In place of buying a ratcheter from elsewhere, I opted on first buying the handle. I could get the rest from several sources as long as things remained standard.The tool works excellent! It takes standard bits and it works fine with the adapter for sockets. 5
