Not weather resistantThey must have a different idea of completely waterproof started blowing fuses after the first year. Didn't work all last year took it out today and with nothing wire to it it will blow the fuse emediate got one season out of it. Meanwhile the non marine and for the sub a Lancer it still working great.1little bit on the flat sounding side.Sounds a little flat. The bass is almost canny but again this could be the Clarion reciever I have this connected to.Seems powerful enough. I do not use this in a watercraft but rather in a garage.4Turn up the Bass!!Purchased this amp back in July and it has been working really well for me, I have it pushing 1 10'' sub and it is hooked up to a Boss Marine Stereo 200 watt I believe. 4 speakers and 2 tweeters sounds great, nice and clean soundI would recommend for anyone looking to put a good Marine Amp in a area that could get moisture or wet and won't break the bank this could be the oneSo.. Simple connection, light weight, Nice Clean Look, Adjustable Power output, Great Value,5Not for boatsDid not last long. Mounted in center console under shelf, area was sometimes a little damp but never got wet.1I am overall satisfied!! Buy it!Works well installation was easy, shipping was a day late but it happens from time to time. Overall satisfied. Its powering 2 pioneer 6x9 speakers in my car and works good, sounds good. No complaints, but as far as waterproof I couldnt tell ya, fingers crossed it never sees water.5easy to hook up It works, easy to hook up. 5Not TerribleLook guys this thing isn't terrible. The RMS on it is obviously low. I bought it just to run some small 8 inch subs to get some bump on the boat. It pushes them fairly well, no overheating issues, no corrosion issues from salt air and no internal shorts or manufacturing issues. Pyle puts out decent not amazing but decent products for the price. The real issue is, boat audio is a catch .22 do you want to fish or do you want to party? A pontoon boat ain't the fastest on the market, bay boats and otherness boats will push into the 40s to 60s mph ranges frequently and speed boats, ski boats even faster. That's a lot of noisy engine is my point now add wind noise. If you want to hear it, you need power. Consider all this when you're buying. Go 1 gauge wire larger and go oxygen free wire. I recommend stinger. Nobody wants electrical issues on the water.4ACC port stopped workingfirst the sound quality had a buzzing noise and had to add a noise canceler to reduce it not eliminate it. Second the REM or ACC port stopped working and stayed ON all the time which drained the battery very fast.1Cheap with High DistortionMissing parts, sounded terrible, way to much distortion, sent back to try a different model.1It's clearly not the same quality but I'm a little older now and to the point that if it plays music I'm happy. I cut all the baIt dose the job. I bought this because my trunk leaked and fried by 1000 watt amp. It's clearly not the same quality but I'm a little older now and to the point that if it plays music I'm happy. I cut all the bass out of my speakers and put more into the sub it actually doesn't sound to bad. I have built a system for the last few years for a Halloween float for our town, and I will be buying a few more of these for the float because last year I over heated the head unit in the middle of the parade. Then it finally came back on right in the last 500 feet.4Would Recommend!! GREAT Value.I bought this to power two 6.5 inch JBL speakers and 2 6x9 JBL speakers. I initially bought it as a stop-gap amp until I could afford a better one, but I ended up falling in love with the sound. There was a noticeable difference in the mids and highs when I installed the amp compared to when they were being powered by the head unit. It has been about 2 years since I purchased the amp and it's still helping pumping out beautiful, crisp sounds that don't distort, even at extremely high volumes.5Meh. You know the saying "You get what you pay for"? Never has it been so true for this amp. NO adjustments other than gain, but it DOES boost up the volume. Not recommended for a system you care about sound quality with, but for getting my speakers a bit louder on my boat, the amp does what it's supposed to do. It just doesn't do it that well. 3Good for the price So far so good. Used high level inputs and all is working well. Boosted usable volume and overall sound quality. Not to of the line but not bad for the price. 5
