    Kid tested, dad approved I bought these to replace the ones that came with our car DVD player. The kids had broken the original wire at the point of connection in the first week.This cable has lasted over a month, through a cross country trip and daily use. 5Works perfect! This cord works perfectly for connecting our dvd screens together in the car! We have two boys under the age of 3 and they can get ahold of the wires at times & tend to pull them. The 90 degree angle of the plug really helps them not to bend when they get pulled on, which is what happened when we had the straight ones. I am very satisfied with this product & would not hesitate to order again if we need a replacement! 5Worked great to attach Portable Car DVD players. 12 foot AUX cord with 3.5mm male plugs on each end. It transmits audio and video from our set of Portable DVD players. The factory cable is only about 3-4ft long and we needed a longer cable due to one kid facing forward and the other backwards still. The cable worked great. It is pretty thin but wasn't really expecting it to be super think. I ran the cable underfloor mats and between seats so that it wouldn't get tripped over. Has lasted all week on vacation and over 12 hours of play time. 5Highly recommended. This has been a blessing. I use this for my FPV diversity setup. Now that it's cold outside, I put my diversity module outside and connect this cable to my fatshark goggles and I sit in my living room and fly FPV. Highly recommended. 5This thing is great! Just remember you have to change the settings on the player to make it work properly. Whichever DVD player has the disc in it - this cord is plugged into the AV OUT on that player, and the AV IN on the other player, if that makes sense. 5Works with my Philips Dual Screen DVD Player We love our DVD player (http://www.amazon.com/Philips-PD9012-37-9-Inch-Portable/dp/B003ES54BU/ref=pd_sxp_f_pt) for long car trips, but kids kick when they're bored and had broken the 6 foot AV cord that came with it by kicking the cord out of place. We had to pop the screen cover off to get the broken tip out, and couldn't find a new cord to replace it (regular AV cords don't work - see the three black stripes on the metal tip? Most cords only have two).This one DOES work, and it's twice as long, so we'll be able to stretch it between rows in the minivan and have enough slack leftover that the kicking won't break things. We've only used it once so far, but I know we'll be thankful for it come summer road trip season! 5Works as stated This cord fit my phillips portable DVD system for the car. My kids kick the wire and it snapped the original cable. This one was a great replacement (i could not find one at Radio Shack). The connection at one end is a little sensitive, ie. it can't be inserted fully into the DVD player. So when I slide it in, I need to feel the right place for the connection. But it has not been an issue.In conclusion, this cable helped me keep an aftermarket Car DVD players system working after my kids broke it. The whole set up is much more economical and even if I have to replace the whole system someday, its still a fraction of pre-installed systems. 4Must-have for car headrest DVD players We have a set of phillips dual screen dvd player screens that strap on to our car headrests. our old 6-ft AV cable finally called it quits after about 3 years. The cable was too short to route anywhere out of the way, so it was constantly getting tugged, kicked, and pulled on by the kids as it was out in the open. Now with the extra slack, I was able to route the cable through seats, crevices, and other inconspicuous areas so that the kids can't get to the wire. I expect the cable to last longer than the DVD player. 5Didn't work Ordered this right before a road trip. It worked for maybe 1 hour. Then visual would cut out intermittently, then they both went out. Made the whole trip really difficult when we would have loved to distract the kids from fighting with a video. I really wish you could buy these in a physical store, but alas, Best Buy and Radio shack don't carry them. 1Breaks everytime... I m annoyed, this is my 3rd time buying this!! It literally breaks everytime! And it happens when I pull it out of the charging unit in my car (my phone chargers NEVER DO THIS) so the only way this last is by leaving it in to possibly drain my car battery! Not worth it!
