Decent Protection Maybe it's overkill to some, but if you travel with your iPad Pro in a bag full of books, you need two levels of protection!The sleeve is slim, not much padding, but the sleeve is firm enough to provide some protection against small drops and pressure on the device.The magnetic closure holds securely.The stitching on the outer edges of the sleeve are good for absorbing some shock from drops.Material is not leather, so durability is questionable for now.I'm using this sleeve with the Procase Slim cover/folio, and the iPad Pro fits snugly, the flap closes and covers the Apple Pencil for even more protection.Overall satisfied with this purchase! 4The perfect case! The price of this case is so reasonable, that I had my doubts about it, but I wanted a little extra protection for my iPad Pro when I go out, and also a convenient way to carry my Apple Pencil. I decided to give it a try, and I'm glad I did. My iPad Pro with Smart Keyboard is a snug fit, but it slides in and out with ease. The magnetic flap folds over easily and stays securely closed. My Apple Pencil fits nicely at the side. Be sure to catch the elastic pencil loop about half an inch down. Otherwise the pencil will be loose and fall to the bottom. It's not a big deal since the cover will keep it from falling out, but I like how the loop holds the pencil at the top so I can visually check that it's there and I didn't leave it some place. The case is designed with a precision worthy of the precision equipment it protects. The stitching and workmanship are excellent. It's nice to have a good looking case to hold my iPad Pro, Smart Keyboard, and Apple Pencil the complete package. 5Too big for 2018 iPad Pro 12.9 Yes, it will work with 2018 iPad Pro 12.9, that's because 2018's version is smaller than the previous generations. It seems adequate but it's not super strong 4Not as displayed on ad. This case is not what you expect from the ad. The case is neither hard as it appears (just thin cardboard inside which does not protect or keep corners in shape) nor fitted. After TWO DAYS of very little use the corners which have no hard filling were bending because iPad is significantly bigger (an iPad with a full case and/or keyboard would fit perfect) and the exterior was bubbled because it is not glued to the inside as it appears on the ad. After 2 days I discontinued use because I disliked how it looked (cheap) and bought a better quality. I DO understand I paid little for this item but I DID expect what was posted on the ad at a minimum. 1Protection with beauty. This is more than just a sleeve. It's a professional quality case for the iPad Pro. It is thoughtfully designed and offers excellent protection for an expensive device that needs to be treated with care. The lining is soft and there is just the right amount of cushioning so that with the iPad Pro inside, the case is just under an inch in thickness. It's available in four colors - I have the black one and it is suitable for the boardroom as well as everyday use. There is a small elasticized loop inside the left side to secure the Apple Pencil. I don't have mine yet but it looks like it will work well. I HIGHLY recommend this well-made case. It is functional, beautiful, and priced right. 5Perfect for my needs I originally purchased one of these for my 9.7 iPad Pro because there was a spot for my Apple Pencil and it was reviewed to fit the iPad with the Smart Keyboard. The cover was so perfect for my needs that when I purchased the 12.9 I had to get another one. I keep a business card in the card pocket inside and have the usb charging cable in the back pocket (although the plug itself won t fit there, this helps me keep track of the USB cord). You can also fit plenty of documents in the pocket as well. Yes, it is a bit snug at first with the keyboard on the iPad. However after continuous use, the material stretched just enough to make it easier to close. I love the slim case with just a bit of added protection this product offers. I definitely recommend it to anyone. 5Fits the iPad Pro and Pencil Perfectly This sleeve case fits the iPad Pro perfectly. Currently I have the Smart Cover Keyboard and a slim back cover on it, the iPad fits in the sleeve and keeps it nice and snug. I also love that it has a special place to keep the pencil as well.
