    Poor quality This soap dispenser is the perfect match for my faucet. On the upside, the soap dispenser can be filled from the top of the sink without having to refill it under the sink. The downside, it is poorl quality and the finish was chipped off in an area we didn't notice until after my husband installed it. I would have returned it, but we already had it installed. It will make do for now. Inexpensive enough to replace. 2Better then the one at Home Depot Bought a similar dispenser at Home Depot, and it broke, returned it and replaced it, it broke again. Bought this dispenser to replace that. This dispenser hasn't broken, and works alright. Biggest problem is that it doesn't have a lot of "recoil." You really only get one pump out of this dispenser per hand wash. It takes 10 seconds or so to get a good second pump of soap. I added a spring around the inside of the pump and it works much better now. 4Perfect! I purchased 2 of these to go with my new http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004JQOACK, one for hand soap, the other for dish soap. They work perfectly! Don't pay attention to the negative reviews. Both of mine give me soap on the first push, do not "shoot the soap all over the sink (and me)" as one review said, and do not drip after use. I'm sure the type of soap you use could affect this, but for me both work perfectly! At least one reviewer said it no longer worked after a year, but to me, so what? for this price, just put in a new one!Edit 9/24/15: So far it has been true, that in about a year or 2 they stop working. I replaced one a little while ago, and just bought a new one for the second one. This time however, the pump action part of it looks quite a bit different, maybe they have corrected the problem, only time will tell. Also, I have found that you need to be choosy in the soap you use, some are a little too thick, try to find use soap that is on the thinner side. 5No replacement parts easily available. I bought 2 of these a little over 2 years ago. They worked fine for about a year, then started not pumping right and gradually got worse. I emailed the manufacturer and ask for a price for a replacement cartridge. They sent me I replacement cartridge free. Since I needed to replace both, I emailed them again and specifically ask for a part # and a price, and they sent me another free cartridge. Now one has stopped working again and I still have no way to reorder. 2Love it! Very fast delivery Love it! Very fast delivery, great price and is great quality. Installation is a breeze and it has the extra large soap holder, so your not refilling very often. Purchased this to go with my new faucet, it did not offer a soap dispenser, took a chance that it would match because the faucet is a brushed stainless steel that is fingerprint proof, so it's a little off the silver color, but this looks like it was made for it. Will definitely buy from this company again! 5Quality item This is a high quality item. you can read my review on the full Premier 120025LF kitchen faucet set. I also gave that 5 stars as I couldn't have asked for a more high quality item in this price range. The setup looks beautiful in my kitchen. We have butcher-block countertops and this adds to that "farmhouse" style design. It works just like you think it would, fill the bottle up with soap, pump from the top and it spits the soap out - no issues. Installation on this 1 item probably took 5 minutes.Enjoy. 5Meh...not so much I've had this in my sink for 9 months now and started having problems with it after only 6 months...It started corroding around the tip of the dispenser and turning the soap a weird color almost immediately, was leaking into the sink within about 5-6 months and then totally gave up the ghost at about 8 months. For the money, I thought that this would have lasted longer than some of the cheaper brands, but guess I was wrong. The cheap plastic dispensers that come with the brand name soap bottles in the grocery store last longer than any under-the-counter dispenser I've found yet. So now it's just a sink top decoration. Pretty sad :-( 2Really pretty and coordinates so well Was needing a brushed nickel soap pump to match my new (fairly pricey) sink. This was the only one I could find that matched the style . I was skeptical because it was so inexpensive but thought I'd give it a shot anyway. Really pretty and coordinates so well. The bottle has plastic threading and based on other reviews this might be an issue, but I've only had this for a week, so only time will tell. 5NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY I originally gave this product 5 STARS, but now I must change it!!I loved this item when I first received them, I purchased two in February of 2016. They are beautiful and do keep their pristine finish. Unfortunately, they do not continue to keep working. Both of them have decided to give up at the same time! They refuse to dispense any soap! I have soaked, cleaned and poked each one them completely, even soaking them in vinegar to ensure they were free of any issues that may be clogging the flow. Unfortunately, they still will not work, it's as if they haven't any compression to lift up the soap. So, I'm out the initial cost of approximately $40.00 and now must purchase two more. So, beware! Make sure you buy from someone who offers a guarantee! 2Solid product, FANTASTIC service I bought this and it works quite well, though like many soap dispensers it does require a little extra pumping to get the air out the first time you use it on any given day. But the reason I gave it five stars was the customer service from Premier. The threads under the sink snapped when I was tightening them, and I called them up for a return. Without a single molecule of hassle or challenge--and without having to hit a single button on a phone menu!--a professional fellow took my information and immediately had a replacement shipped out. That's service for you, folks. A WORD OF CAUTION, however: do not overtighten when installing it! The threads are plastic and will snap if you overdo it, as I learned. 5
